Wow the attitude of my cashier totally ruined the Christmas spirit. She was such a Debbie downer that we were still talking about it while at home hours after leaving the grocery store. Sorry you were working on Christmas but it is holiday pay so cheer up.

Nice staff well organized. Michael and this other gentleman were really helpful when I asked where to find certain items. They even went to the aisle with me just to confirm it was there. Now if only they could stop letting old people use the self check outs…

For years we were diehard Giant shoppers. Then things started to slip a bit and we are now only occasional customers. The product is typical of any store in their category. Good quality at normal prices. The product isn’t the challenge. Don’t get me started on their self checkout system. Half the time it doesn’t work right. And if you used one of the hand scanners, forget it. Though a great concept, they are the poster child of poorly implemented technology. It could be awesome, instead it is awful.
