This company will take your car and hold it hostage if you don’t give them cash. They will not give you written policies to show that you can’t use an alternative method of payment or have someone else pay for you.

These guys are great. In the midst of a freak snow storm last week, my car broke down and they were able to get to me in 45 minutes to have my car towed to the nearest honda station 5 miles away. The pricing was also a bit cheaper than other towing companies in the area at $ 75 for the hookup and $ 3/mile. Also, I found out when I got home that the tow was reimbursable by my insurance, but i threw out the receipt. Duffs towing e-mailed me a photo taken of the receipt which I’ve since sent over to my insurance. Recommended!
