History

Established in 2013.

As a real estate agent, I worked with several clients who filed previous Chapter 7 bankruptcies. In an attempt to understand ways in which I could help them, I began to research information about Chapter 7 bankruptcy.

I discovered a few things. Millions of individuals file for bankruptcy protection each year, and hiring an attorney for a bankruptcy is expensive.

Most people who are deeply in debt can’t afford to spend $ 3000 for attorney fees and $ 335 for the filing fee. If they could, I am quite sure they would use that money to pay their debts.

There is a upward trend in which people are taking certain legal filings into their own hands. A growing number of people are filing for legal protection without an attorney.
