DO NOT USE… Alexandra Sweets & Co. I ordered two cakes from her… a Dallas cowboy jersey ½ sheet cake and a small star cake. I was supposed to pick up the cakes up at 11 for my sons birthday party that started at started at 12. Julie called me a 10:00 to say she would not be home and asked could I pick the cake up later. I informed her of the start time of the party. She then promised to deliver the cake. She told me should would be a few minutes late but the cake should be delivered by 12:30. At 12:00 she texted me and said she was almost at her house to pick up the cake. Then I did not hear from her again. I called her at 1:45 and she said she was on the beltway and will be there shortly. At 2:15 she walks in with the cake. Keep in mind the party is over at 2:00. To my disappointment she only brings 1 of the 2 cakes that I ordered. Then on the cake she did bring she forgot to put the «happy birthday» banner on it. The fondant icing was sloppy. I paid $ 150.00 for a ¼ sheet cake… wow. According to the invoice the cake was supposed to be a half sheet cake… NOT…She then promised to give me a refund and would meet me the next day. The next day she texts me and said she was busy but would meet with me the following day. The following day I did not hear from her. It has been three days and she has not responded to any of my messages. Nor has she refunded me my money!

I was very disappointed with my order from Alexandra Sweets & Co. I ordered a specialty cake, cupcakes and cake pops. I did not receive the cake pops at all. The cupcakes which were supposed to be Ravens purple were lavender with paper cutouts slapped on top of sloppy fondant. The cake was supposed to be blue velvet and white chocolate. There is not a trace of blue velvet or white chocolate anywhere! The cupcakes were dry and had very little taste and the «cake» was an oily mess. I’m not sure what flavor it was supposed to be.
The cake was HORRIBLE. It looks like something a beginning student did for practice. I asked for a theme that would incorporate sneakers (Jordans, Labrons or KD’s), video games (PS and/​or Xbox) and The Ravens. I got a white square with black stains on top with a lumpy and poorly made video game controller plopped on top and a lumpy and poorly made football plopped beside it. I was too embarrassed to take the cake to the birthday dinner. It looked horrible. I am still very disappointed and pissed off that I wasted my money. Alexandra Sweets & Co. dropped the ball and clearly did not care about my order or me as a customer.

I ordered a cake for my son 21^st Birthday and the cake is not just perfectly hand crafted, but the texture and the taste is exquisite. .I give my Girl Julie Ten stars… Thanks babe. luv you much

If I ever need desserts for anything I always call Alexandra Sweets. The presentations are immaculate, the professionalism is off the charts. I have never been disappointed and I always recommend them to everyone who asks where to get custom cakes. I love this place.

I placed a last minute, customized order of cupcakes for a friend’s birthday brunch, and Alexandra Sweets & Co. delivered! The cupcakes were moist and the frosting delicious. Alexandra Sweets prides itself on using fresh ingredients, rather than artificial flavors. The lemon cupcakes and vanilla bean cupcakes were bursting with flavor and the buttercream frosting was light, and not overly sugary. I would recommend this bakery for big and small fetes! Delish. Thank you!

I ordered at the last min but Alexandra Sweets & Co came through all the Guest LOVED Polo Shirt Cake and the taste was very good I will always order my cakes from here from now on Thank You so much

Two weeks before my birthday, I decided I wanted a fancy cake. A friend recommended Alexandra and I was so impressed with the final product! I told her what I wanted over a 5 minute call but was concerned that I hadn’t given her enough detail. She totally delivered exactly what I had I mind!!! My friends and family LOVED the look of the cake and it tasted just as AMAZING! I would definitely recommend her and plan to use her again for another event. Don’t delay. She is totally worth it and the cost was awesome!

Alexandra Sweets & Co. not only designed my cake just the way I imagined it, but it was also delicious! I have had cupcakes by Alexandra Sweets as well. I enlisted the services of AS&Co. for a custom cake for my daughter’s Sweet 16 birthday party. During our consultation, we brought a few ideas but nothing concrete. We leaned on Julie to come up with a design that would be everything a 16 year old would want in a cake. Which is a big feat because teenagers do not like anything!
The day of the party, Julie delivered the cake to the venue and I was thrilled with how it turned out. It was sophisticated and fun, perfect for a young lady. My daughter loved it and so did I. The caked looked good and tasted even better! We went with chocolate and vanilla but AS&Co. offers a wide range of flavor options. Our guests raved about how good it was and packed up some to take home.
