History

Established in 2006.

As a small retail business we needed to find a way to keep in touch with our customers. Return customers are so important. We found out about Constant Contact and were excited about the results. Not only did we know who was seeing our emails, we even knew what our customers wanted to see specificially. We were able to tailor the emails and get even better results.

We know how to set-​up an email with a subject line to get the emails opened. We know how to do specials and invitations that have a great response.

We have set-​up events that eliminated the need for our staff to keep track of invitees and attendees and follow-​up after the events.

We have a changes our customer service based on survey’s that were easy to implement and wonderful information on what needed to be done to keep these customers.

By doing this ourselves, we started doing the emails through Constant Contact for others and grew into e-​Conomy Mail.
