I just did my first time ever session with Sharon Chang she was very nice and did a great job with me I was super nervous and she was very understanding and took her time with me and helped calm me down I was a handful at the beginning but by the end I felt very calm. I look forward to my future sessions with her.

Iam a disabled veteran and have been coming to this location for a little over a month. This place is great and the staff are wonderful and very attentive, it has helped with my recovery and pain enormously. Everyone who is looking for a wellness place should come here. Thank you Dr. Sharon

Amazing! I have 4 herniated discs and the pain was unbearable when I first started seeing Dr. Sharon. She has reduced my pain substantially and really helped me. I highly recommend if you are having chronic back pain. Very reasonably priced and determined spirit, amazing results.

First time ever getting acupuncture & cupping done. What i just realized is I’m a big baby when it comes to needles of any sort. Luckily Dr. Sharon was very professional and helped me stay as calm as possible, even though im sure my whining and complaining was getting on her nerves …
I plan to visit Dr. Sharon again for round 2… and this time, there will be no freaking out about the needles, I promise.

I am so grateful that I found Dr. Sharon. First, from the first phone I made for the appointment for my Mom, the staffs are amazingly helpful and friendly on the phone. I brought my Mom twice for the Accupunture visits. The place is extremely clean. It was very prompt for the doctor sees my mom after we signed in. Dr. Sharon answered all of our questions in a professional way and told me what kind of treatment it was before she did it. Dr. Sharon is amazingly friendly, patient and compassionate. I am feel so blessed to find Dr. Sharon for my Mom’s painful knees. After two visits, my Mom feels much better. She is planning to come back for more treatments.

Dr. Sharon is an absolute life saver. My story is a long and complicated one: I started 2015 off with a cold which eventually left me with a terrible cough that lasted until about August. That’s eight months of a bad cough that no one at Chino Medical was able to help with. Doctors there actually prescribed me about 6 inhalers in the few months I kept returning which were actually doing me more harm by putting me at risk of becoming dependent on them & DEVELOPING asthma which I never had. To add to the madness in around April/​May I started getting some intense lower back pain which Chino Medical’s docs diagnosed as sciatica. They again, didn’t do much but prescribe pain meds & give me a paper sheet w/​back stretches. At one point I broke out in tears when one doctor prescribed me the same exact pain & inflammation medicine for my back which had done nothing for the last two months. (Shout out to Dr. Steve Harvey who awkwardly walked away at that point & never spoke to me again, rude.) That was the last straw. I googled sciatica help and felt hopeless until I came across a woman on YouTube who spoke about her experience with sciatica and acupuncture. The next week I went to see Dr. Sharon. It only took about 6 sessions with her for me to feel normal again. I was constantly in pain before I started seeing her; I mean 100% of the time, all the time. She was so nice & caring with me the whole time. I was also breaking out when I came to her (yes, I was a damn mess), and she managed to prescribe me herbs for that too. I’m amazed by what she can do and will definitely be a regular if I ever need tweaking (though I’m pain and cough free nowadays!!). I was honestly hopeless about finding a cure for my sciatica and luckily I found Dr. Sharon who is amazing at what she does. So analytical and patient; she always made sure I was comfortable and I always felt like she genuinely cared about my health. Angela at the front desk was always super sweet and caring. They even sent me a birthday card w/​a cartoon Buddha on the front! I recommend Dr. Sharon to anyone suffering from ANY pain! I don’t know how she fixed all my issues but she did and I’m eternally grateful. Thank you Dr. Sharon & Angela, I’ll see you ladies soon! :)

This is my first experience with acupuncture and I’m very satisfied with the results. My regular doctor diagnosed inflammation in my lower spine. But, before I get a cortisone injection, I thought I’d try acupuncture. After 3 sessions, of «cupping & acupuncture» I was relieved from most of my pain (but not all). I’ve continued with the sessions, hoping all back pain will disappear soon. Dr Sharon is wonderful! She explains everything and listens to my concerns. She also recommended stretching exercises and things to avoid. The treatment atmosphere provides a very relaxing session. The staff is also helpful — answering all questions I had. I highly recommend this procedure. BTW– acupuncture is virtually pain free.

The review is solely based on returning phone call. Called first thing on a Friday morning stated it was my first-​ever visit there and needed first available appointment. It’s a call center that answers your call and they forward your message to the office. I was assured that someone would follow up with me but I never got a call back.

Dr. Sharon and her staff are amazing! I’ve been going to Dr. Sharon for the last 6 weeks to deal with intense sciatica pain. Over the past 6 weeks, Dr. Sharon has helped reduce the pain I’ve been experiencing tremendously. Dr. Sharon is kind and compassionate. She makes sure to explain what she will be doing and asks if I have questions. She answers all of my questions and makes sure I understand before I leave. Angela at the front makes setting appointments easy and effortless. I’m grateful to have found Upland Acupuncture and Wellness.

I came here for my acne and mild back pain problems. You feel instantly relax walking into the clinic because of the aroma they use. Everything is clean and organized and I especially like the big windows in the rooms. The natural lighting really helps to relax you. Dr. Sharon and the receptionist are always dressed professionally in their scrubs. Even though I am Chinese, this is my first time receiving acupuncture treatment. I can still never get over the needle stabbing pain (it just feels like any shot, don’t worry) but I got immediate results every time I leave. My face looks a little less red after treatment because my «chi» was able to flow through my body, reducing the inflammation on my face. Of course, lying there for almost 30 minutes listening to soft, soothing music helps too. Dr. Sharon is busy but she always answers my questions to the best of her ability. I would ask about the composition of my herbal treatment and they would email me the information later. They charge extra for the herbal treatment but they never pressure you to get them. I no long go because I moved away but I still use Dr. Sharon advice everyday to improve my lifestyle. This is what treating the whole person really means! :)

Have been seeing Sharon for leg, hip and back pain. I felt much at the first visit. My pain continues to improve. I’m glad I found this place was seeing a doctor and chiropractor but didn’t get pain relief until I came here.

This was my first experience with acupuncture and I am so happy with my progress. I have been dealing with rheumatoid arthritis for 9 years and I have seen such a significant decrease in my pain and swelling just in the last 3 months coming to Dr. Sharon. I’ve had a lot more energy and feel less foggy-​headed as well. I originally thought it would help take the edge off the pain, but it has actually allowed me to reduce my medications.
One of the things that has mattered the most to me during this experience is how well she listens. She always remembers even the tiniest things that I tell her. I have never waited more than 5 minutes and she never rushes me or makes me feel stupid for asking questions, which is something I have never encountered in my experience with other doctors. She seems genuinely passionate about her practice.
I really love this place and coming here has become a weekly ritual that I look forward to.

I came here last year because of neck and back pains. Dr. Sharon is very observant and cares about her patients. Staff is also very helpful and professional. It was my first visit to an acupuncturist and she guided me all through the process. I felt relief just after my first visit.

This place is awesome! I really appreciate the level of attention and importance Dr. Sharon places on her patient’s health. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have had great improvement since starting my treatment. Since coming to this office I have increased my level of energy and minimized my level of pain. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this office.

I have been in treatment with Dr. Sharon for a few months now and feel vastly better. With herniations on 3 spinal discs staying out of pain and out of surgery were unlikely prospects, but since consulting with Dr. Sharon, I am virtually pain free and progressing very well, with really no need for surgery.

Had a great experience! I was served by Shengafang for a knee injury due to running. I’ve had constant pain since May/​2014, went to physical therapy and now two weeks ago had a cortisone shot but I continue to experience daily pain and swelling, MRI states I have swelling but no tears. Anyways I’ve never had acupuncture and Shengafang did a great job explaining the process. After my first session I was able to sleep better and my knee pain subsided. I look forward to continue to feel more progress.

I started coming here at the end of July because of joint pain. The service here has always been excellent. Dr. Sharon is amazing. She has always been very kind and attentive to me. The first visit was eye opening. I never had acupuncture before this. I walked out of Dr. Sharon’s office a new person. My knee and ankle joint pain was so much better. Since then I’ve made return visits for more treatments. Dr. Sharon is so observant, She could recognize symptoms showing on my body for ailments I couldn’t recognize. I just knew I was in a lot of discomfort. She treated the tension in my back due to stress and a past accident. Even as of a week ago, I had a cold that wasn’t running it’s course and Dr. Sharon helped me clear that up. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Don’t hesitate to come in and see her for a consultation.

I started going to Upland Acupuncture as an alternative to taking prescription drugs for my hypertension, when I started my treatment my blood pressure was very high, after 4 or 5 weekly treatments my blood pressure came down slightly above normal levels, and has stayed in check since it came down. I continue to take treatments at Upland Acupuncture, once per month, as a preventive measure.
In addition to the acupuncture, Sharon gives me advice on diet and exercise routines to follow in order to keep my hypertension in check. Her knowledge and expertise in alternative medicine is outstanding.
I always recommend her to my friends and family.
