I did my reaearch before placing my high-​end RV on consignment with RV Spa. They were just about the only dealer with mostly positive Unilocal reviews, which was important to me. It took several months, but Sammy eventually negotiated a deal that was good for me and the buyer. He made sure the minor squaks were fixed properly for the new buyer. For me, it was a no-​hastle transaction. RV Spa obviously cares about its reputation and ( Unilocal) rating, and the results show in their performance. I will definitely go to them again both to buy and sell an RV.

After 2 months of waiting, numerous phone calls and excuses as to why my name wasn’t correctly put on the wait list, we were finally able to bring in our 30ft fifth wheel. We were in, on automatic payment and ready to go. After 3 months we were given a price increase notice which we unfortunately had to accept. 1 month later I receive an email stating that this company is «expanding their retail» and we need to pick up our trailer. Ridiculous!!! What is even more frustrating is that we have a family member storing there as well that did not receive this notice. After visiting the place to see what’s up we have found that no other trailers were moved. I don’t their reason because we were good customers. But their retail was not expanded and the only conclusion I can come up with was our trailer is a little older and they didn’t like the way it looks.

We spent months looking for the rv that was «just right». We went to RV spa (many times). Each time we dealt with Tammy. She was so patient and wanted to help us find the Motorhome that met all our expectations. There was NEVER any pressure and she always went out of her way to make us comfortable and educated us about the world of RVs. once we found the right one, everyone at RV Spa made the transaction smooth and stressfree. If you are looking or even thinking about buying a trailer or Motorhome, I highly recommend RV spa, go in and see Tammy.

When my wife and I decided that we were finally going to pull the trigger on our first travel trailer, the first thing we did was go online and look up different RV places to check out. After reading horrible reviews about giant rv and mike thompson’s we decided to give the RV spa a try. I saw online that they had the exact make and model trailer we wanted for about 1500 $ cheaper than anywhere else so we contacted them and setup a day to check it out. Being new to the RV game I had a lot of questions and Jamie was awesome at answering anything I asked her. While talking with her I never felt pressured into buying anything or felt like I was getting fed a bunch of BS. We liked the trailer and price so much that we put a deposit down on it that day and picked it up a few days later. The whole buying experience at RV spa was absolutely delightful and painless. The whole staff was awesome, from Jamie that sold us the trailer to Staci that handled all of our paperwork, they are truly good people. The RV spa would be the only place I would recommend to buy a RV! Thanks again Jamie!

We enjoyed purchasing our 2016 R-​Pod 178 with the folks at The RV Spa. We got what we wanted and was able to take our time without the hard sell tactics of some other dealers which I really appreciate. They did what they promised when they promised and made the whole experience very pleasant for us! I would highly recommend RV Spa to anyone, they are first class.

The RV Spa is the BEST!!! My husband and I have looked for months to purchase a new fifth wheel. After looking at multiple units we had given up hope that we would find what we were looking for until we found The RV Spa. Our saleman Tommy was so helpful. I called and spoke to him before we drove 2 hrs and he answered all of our questions and was honest (no lies just to get us there). Needless to say we purchased our beautiful new fifth wheel from The RV Spa and would do it again in a heartbeat.

We were looking for a dealer who would take our 9 yr old motorhome for sale on consignment. None of the dealers in Orange County would even respond to my email inquiry. Tammy at The RV Spa replied right away. After a detailed email exchange discussing the condition of our RV, we took the vehicle out there to let them see it in person.
We negotiated an acceptable price, signed the consignment agreement, and left the vehicle with them on a 90-​day deal. They sold the rig in little more than 30 days. We did have to drive back out there to sign the bill of sale, but it was totally worth it.
Perhaps we could have sold the rig privately for a higher price. However, we would have had to advertise it, show it to a bunch of strangers, figure out how to get a large payment from a stranger plus do all the DMV paperwork on our own. Frankly, it was worth taking a lower selling price and letting The RV Spa do all the heavy lifting.
Everyone we met was friendly, cheerful, outgoing and helpful. Our overall experience from start to finish was truly excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We purchased our used 5^th wheel at RV Spa and we’re very pleased with their service. It was an easy transaction and they were very patient with us considering this is the first trailer we’ve ever purchased. They took extra time to show us how everything worked. The guys in the back did a great job detailing it as well. Thanks to Tommy, we are set!

We bought a travel trailer for our kids but it wasn’t what they wanted so we ended up putting it back on the market.
Tammy and Tommy were great. So if you are buying or selling, they will take good care of you.

We went to the RV spa to talk to them about consigning our travel trailer. We decided to look around while they were looking at our rig and ended up trading in our trailer and purchasing a new one.

I do not write reviews very often, but this one was worth my time! I will start off by saying that we do not know the owners and any one working here prior to the purchase of our camper! I HATE reviews when you can tell it is family and friends saying everything wonderful and you can not trust the review!
We honestly just stumbled across RV spa on a Google search looking for a trailer that has a weight that could work with our existing vehicle. We had been to so many other big dealerships and I can honestly say, the sales people never felt like they were being honest with details and what would be best for us and our safety for that matter. With our sales person Tammy she was straight forward and honest and made great recommendations from her personal RV experiences. Never trying to up sell us.
Now this is not a fancy or flashy place at all! Don’t expect a big fancy show room or anything like that. But to be quite honest, we could have cared less because of the service we were getting.
We picked up our trailer last night, did the walk through. The service manager John, blew our expectations out of the water! HE WAS GREAT! So patient and took all the time we needed even though we could tell they were very busy with other customers. Never felt rushed.
So just to prove this is an honest review, there was one service guy that was good, (he was not bad at all) but was rushing us a little showing us how to hook up our trailer and we were a little confused and unsure if we could do it again on our own. So we started to get a little stressed out, but I decided to let John, the service manager know and he was right there helping us out and did not make us feel stupid for not getting all the first time.
And I will say, the first guy was good, but you could tell he has done this for years and knew his stuff but he ran through everything like not problem, you got this, you’re pros! loll and we’re not. :)
OHHH and Johnny, the service guy who did the Inside walk through! Absolutely wonderful!!! The trailer was spotless (they cleaned everything) and had the a/​c running, the frig cold! So we could see that everything worked!
And I feel so bad the lady that help us with our paperwork! Did a great job too! I can’t remember her name :(But all our paperwork was ready when we got there not errors, we were done in no time! Loved the efficiency! :)

I’ve been meaning to write a review since buying a new trailer from The RV Spa.
I had done quite a bit of research as to what models we wanted to look at. The RV Spa had all the brands and models we were considering, so it was great to be able to look at them in one location.
Overall, the experience was great. Everyone was great to work with and they took really good care of us.
Although we’ve only been able to take the new trailer out a couple times, we love it and appreciate the help from everyone at The RV Spa.
I would definitely recommend them.

Sammy in sales and John in service are great to work with. They twice fixed problems that were major to me and did not even charge.:) I have a 40ft Winnebago vectra and they have been servicing it for me and I have always been happy with the services. Amost 5 stars 4 ½ stars for sure.

My husband and I purchased a trailer here and have had problems with it since day ONE… We took it back the first week with leaks and they had it for a week and Still could not fix it… They sold us a warranty saying you can go anywhere for repairs and found out you cant unless you are over 50 miles from them… When we came back they scattered and hid so no one was around… Sammy all of a sudden says he works there he wasn’t the owner…(his wife was)…Please with the bull**it…would NEVER BUY FROM THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM… There are to many reputable places that take pride in what they sell and tell the truth versus getting your money and giving you the finger on the way out.

My wife and I have been looking for a motorhome for about 5 months already even went to the big show on fairplex and everywhere we went the salesman seemed like we needed to earn their business some were outright rude. Then we came to the rv spa after reading their great reviews online and let me tell you we felt like we were right at home they treat it us with respect and interested in explaining every single detail on the rv we were interested in. Sammy was a great help and a very professional person you won’t think you are talking to a salesman but a friend, Sammy and his wife run a very friendly family oriented business the kind that you don’t see anymore. Although we have not yet decide if we will buy the coach I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an honest, friendly buying experience The Rv Spa is the place to go. My husband and I came here after seeing an advertisement they had placed on RV Trader for a pop up trailer– we had been wanting one for quite some time and wanted to get a good deal and the one that was advertised looked perfect. We met Tommy and he showed us the trailer and gave us the details about it. We asked several questions and he answered each one honestly and just was a really friendly guy. Our kids were bouncing all around the place and he didn’t bat an eye, which we appreciated, as a lot of people would get all crazy about kids who were excited to be in a «house on wheels».
In the end we left to think about it and spent the next month continuing to look at trailers and kept thinking about the one we had seen here– it was a great price, especially compared to the several ones we looked at with private dealers (people wanted to sell trailers in crappy condition that were 10+ years older for MORE than this one) and we kept getting the owners telling us that their trailers were in «great condition» while we were looking at broken parts, staining, etc. Riiggghhhtttt…
So, we went back to the RV Spa and met with Tommy and told him that we’d like to see the trailer again– he remembered us, too. I had priced it on the NADA Guide and it was priced right on the money and we knew that they would be willing to deal with us at least a little bit. My husband said an amount, Tommy said another amount and they met in the middle, which was exactly where we expected to land. It was an easy transaction and we sat in the office while the office manager, Stacy (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly) got all of the paperwork ready and our kids played with Lego’s that they provide for kids when they come in.
A week later, we went to pick the trailer up and one of the guys in the service department went over all of the functions with us (okay, my husband did it and I just watched, LOL) and popped it up and broke it down. Everything worked fine and we actually ended up purchasing an Interstate battery from them, too, for the trailer– it was priced less than any retailers around. We were also given a free trip to the Mountain Lakes time share and all we had to do was sit through a 40 minute presentation– it was an ideal weekend for us to try everything on the trailer out. All in all, we are very happy with our new trailer and highly recommend going here if you’re in the market for a new/​used trailer.

Excellent customer service. We saw an add and came here first on our shopping excursion. We were not disappointed. We were looking at a 31′ trailer. The salesperson was honest about our SUVs ability to tow it. He could have just sold it to use and let us wreck our car in the process. We fell in live with the trailer and will be going back just as soon as we upgrade to a truck!
