Tim Harrison, Branch Manager of Broadview Mortgage, Upland, combines his education, experience and expertise to help his clients understand the loan process and to put their minds at ease as they navigate one of the most complex financial transaction they may ever experience, a home mortgage.

Tim was born and raised in the community he now serves, and has earned the name The Straight Up Mortgage Guy, through his passionate commitment to matching his clients with the proper home loan financing and for his straight-​forward approach. As the loan process has become increasingly complicated, Tim’s greatest strength is his ability to listen carefully to his clients and to identify their absolute best option in the array of home financing choices available.

These guys were absolutely great!!! I was a first-​time home buyer and they helped me through every step of the process. They responded quickly and were happy to go above and beyond. Tim also referred me to a good realtor and insurance agent. He always made sure everything was explained and clear to me. Cody was also really awesome! Super sweet people! My mom has also worked with him in the past and went back to him to refinance her home not to long ago. Both of are experiences went very well. I recommend Tim and his team to everyone!

In the past few years I have secured three loans from Tim Harrison and his team. The most recent closed in March 2016 and was accomplished in a month’s time (which was critical as the transaction was a 1031 Exchange). Customer service and satisfaction are Tim’s goals and are evident from the reception desk through final execution. Loan Officer Cody Michny was readily available to answer my questions and concerns. The ability to complete much of the paperwork online was a wonderful aspect and appreciated.

I did at least four mortgages with Tim Harrison at Broadview mortgage. My far the best. In fact, if you need to close quickly, Tim & friends may be your only hope. They will definitely go the extra mile. I’ve had them quote a rate, and then lower it just before the final documents are signed. I’ve shopped around and found Broadview’s rate competitive. I purchased two houses and refinanced twice through Broadview.
My wife and I put in an offer on a shortsale. The bank said that it would accept only if we could close in 20 days. The selling agent said, «That isn’t very likely. Who is your lender?» When we told him it was Tim Harrison, he said, «Well, then there’s no problem.» We closed in good time and got the house.

Tim Harrison and his team are awesome! My husband and I were first time buyers in 2015, even though the whole process of buying a house is a bit overwhelming (A LOT of paperwork) his team made it very easy. Both Tim and his team was accessible at any time and always answered any of our questions… trust me there were plenty!!! You need to use Broadview Mortgage and Tim Harrison, the very best!

I have used HLC and Tim Harrison for 3 mortgages and have always had good luck. Most recently we purchased another home and again good service.
Tim is a great guy and very thorough. He will look for the best rate and his team will help with credit issues or try and assist however they can.
after our recent home purchase, we just received a worksheet in the mail from Tim showing how we can save on future interest payments on our mortgage. Very nice touch.

I have been working with Mason Carrigan as our Loan consultant and let me tell you he has been so kind and so patient with our family. He makes sure he replies to all your e-​mails and is highly understanding and professional at all time ! he is very open to trying to get people approved and will try his best to make sure he did everything in his power to get an approval. I call him around 3 – 4 times a day and even when he is busy he replies via e-​mail right away to give me status on our case, HE NEVER ONCE IGNORED ME OR FAILED TO REPLY. Full disclosure, I have family who work here and I worked here myself years ago. I also used Broadview (Tim, specifically) to obtain a home loan in 2009. The whole team goes out of their way to help their clients and search for every option available. We were able to get a special second mortgage from a city program that we would not have had access to had we gone somewhere else. Since then, Tim and team have given me advice about my home financing on several occasions.
Couldn’t recommend them more. Also, Leslie knows all the best dessert spots on Southern California :)
