St. Anthony’s Parish

We moved to Alta Loma a year ago and have been attending Mass at a local chuch. While that church is nice enough, it just didn’t have the same comfort level as our previous parish in Diamond Bar. We checked out St Anthony’s just 1 time and already decided that this will be our new parish. When you know, you just know.

I love his church. I have been going for 17 years and no other church compares. Simple as that.

I love this church. Went once and haven’t stopped attending. The priest gives outstanding homilies thaT are easy to follow. They have many wonderful ministries and opportunities to get involved in he parish life. Highly recomend.

You may spend 30 minutes looking for the tabernacle here. If they’re embarrassed of the Eucharist, how do you think they feel about an authentic Catholic culture? If you’re looking for authentic Catholicism, it isn’t here. You can barely find statues of any saints, much less inspiration to live a moral life in a world that hates the Church. This parish is silent to the moral issues of our day. In fact, on their website, you find more references to dubious «Centering Prayer» than even to the Rosary! How sad is that!

Nice bright and open church. Very friendly people there. My first visit was a definite come back experience. I did not know i lived that close very friendly congregation. Everyone is inviting especially for first timers. A great place to go if you want to go to church.
My personal experience was a great first time. I rode my motorcycle there and had my helmet and jacket to store. A usher asked me if I would like to keep it in the «ushers» closet until mass was over. I was shocked that they would let me store my equipment in the room. It was a first for me. I haven’t had that experience before. I usually just keep my gear on the floor away from everyone. That simple experience is what makes me come back.
