Precise Auto Repair

I just wanted to write an update on Precise Auto Repair. Precise Auto Repair does the finest quality. They are HONEST! They are fair with their price. George Navarro is the BEST mechanic! He is NOT a family member. He is a mechanic that we’ve had for about 20 years and my husband and I will follow him anywhere. George shows you where your problem is. He does not try to sell you anything you don’t need. Try Precise Auto Repair for youself and don’t base it on a poor review that someone has written. Don’t even base it on mine. I can assure you that if you try Precise Auto Repair you won’t go anywhere else! George truly is an awesome mechanic and honest! The family members and friends we have referred to Precise Auto Repair are grateful. George is now their mechanic. You can stop by Precise Auto Repair and talk to the customers as they drop off their vehicles. Ask each one of them what their opinion is of George Navarro and Precise Auto Repair. I challenge anybody to do it! George welcomes it! You will find all the customers wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Outstanding customer service! Everyone at Precise Auto Repair was a pleasure to deal with. My boyfriend and I went in because our car was leaking oil, and they were able to take a look at it right away. Rather than simply barking off a list of what was wrong with the car to us in the front lobby, George took us in the back and pointed out exactly what was going on with the car so we could see it with our own eyes. They gave us an immediate estimate on the price and told us that it would take a few hours to fix, and that they could do it that same day.
So, while they started work on the car, my boyfriend and I were starving and out of a car for a few hours, so we asked about what kind of food places were nearby that we could walk to. Christian gave us a few recommendations, and then offered to drop us off at the nearby Montclair mall so we could eat and entertain ourselves while we waited! Never have I been to an auto repair place where the staff actually goes out of their way to make sure that I didn’t go hungry/​bored while they worked on my car! My boyfriend and I were amazed!
After a few hours, they gave us a call, let us know our car was finished and picked us up from the mall. I was very pleased with the price I was charged for the parts and labor once all was said and done. George was very honest about what was going on with the car, and I found out I do need some additional work done after that first repair– but I’ll definitely be going back to Precise Auto Repair. Very honest, friendly people. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Precise Auto has got to be the best, most honest and friendliest auto mechanic shop around! They do excellent work and actually help educate you about your vehicle rather than other shops who like to be secretive and sell you things that you dont even need! I will continue to go to Precise forever! Thanks guys!

I walked in and got smiles and hello from everyone. They were extremely nice. Prices were great service was fast. They expanded everything that was going and never pushed me to get repairs yet educated me on what was going on. I have gone to them at there old shop and will continue to go to them for the rest of my life. A trustworthy auto place is hard to find. And this might be one of the last ones. Thank you guys for everything!
