I absolutely love Paradise Laser Institute! I’ve been having numerous rejuvenation procedures over the past few years and my husband says I look better than ever. Norma and her staff are wonderful and very professional. Just had the new Ultherapy treatment I’ve been reading so much about and can’t wait to see the results. I highly recommend you try the services and see for yourself just how amazing you can look.

I’ve gone to Paradise Laser for a few sessions of laser treatment on my legs and have been really pleased with the results so far. The staff is friendly and the doctor is thorough. Pricing is fair and generally has really great packages. I highly recommend their services and look forward to purchasing other packages in the near future.

I’ve been coming here for a few months. I saw them on groupon/​living social. I bought everything through them directly for the same price and got a free session for each location I purchased, since I purchased them together. I bought underarms, full legs, and full bikini.
At first j thought they were ok, but didn’t see too much results. I saw more from a different location I had gone to before. Anyway, after the first couple sessions he said it’s normal not to notice a difference right away and that I would see some after like the third session. OK sounds good right not right because I still don’t see very much difference and I finished my six sessions already. Two were three times I have been burned like crazy on my legs on my bikini area on my arms and my under arms. I asked him why it was hurting so much and he just said it was OK and kept putting more ice on me. When I finished he said that I would see to Tremendous results after this session because the temperature was on Max. That’s probably why it was hurting so bad. When I got home I noticed I had a huge burn on my legs on my bikini line and on my under arm exactly where it was hurting the whole time. I have one more session with him but I am not sure if I want to go and finish it because he hurt so bad.
I know that the laser hurts because I’ve had it done numerous times before coming to this location, but it is never hurt as much as it hurt at Paradise laser.
I would definitely not recommend coming to this location because it’s terrible. The staff is nice but like everyone else has said, Norma the office manager, is always trying to sell you something. Even when she just calling to confirm an appointment with you are you calling to reschedule, she tries to sell you something. very annoying.
My sisters go there too and they’re not very happy with the results and the pain either.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years for multiple services and always have an awesome experience. Staff is friendly and professional the place is very nice as well. I’m happy to say I will be coming here for any and all my services. My sister and friends now come here. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Don’t recommend this place nor come back ever. I brought the coupon for $ 99 to treat bikini line hair removal. It advertises as no pain. However to me it was so painful that I can’t even stand it that it has to be stopped. Then each time they would try to sell you a numbing wipe for $ 10. So it is basically an add on of $ 60 for six sessions. I had my under arms hair removed at Glendale and it was no where near the pain compare to here.
One time I can’t make the appointment due to emergency matter, and called to reschedule. They said not a problem but we will charge u another $ 30@ time u need to reschedule. So the deal can easily add up close to $ 250. Plus, the front desk lady is so into selling u to buy more products and service.
After 5 treatments, there are still some spot along the line that grow back a bit of baby hair, the whole treatment were not treated details enough.

Love this place! Have been coming here to get Laser Hair Removal, Micro dermabrations and Botox. They always have such greay deals and the office is beautiful. Staff is great and make you feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend this clinic

I would not recommend this place. They seem nice and polite but I just never felt comfortable with them. I stayed through my sessions since I had already purchased 6. I was there for laser hair removal.
First 2 sessions did nothing for me whatsoever.
The 3^rd session they burnt the crap out of my face. I was complaining the entire time because the pain was significantly higher than usual but the doctor kept reassuring me that everything was normal. I even mentioned that I felt like he was burning me. Finally I asked him to lower the temperature. Sure enough the only part that wasn’t burnt was the small section that was left at the time I asked him to lower it. My whole face looked like a huge red rash. I gave it a week for it to heal with minimal changes then decided to call and ask for advice. They made me come in to the office so they could take pictures and gave me some cream to put on it. No sorry or any care in the world. All I got was it happens and here’s some cream. The cream did help though.
The 4^th session I had to remind the doc about the temperature since it burned me last time. He seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. He looked at my chart as if it was the first time. Which was a bit unsettling.
5 and 6^th sessions were fine but I didn’t really feel much of a difference after them.
The only time they really even had a conversation with me was when they were trying to sell me more sessions. I knew I would need more but there’s no way I’m going back to them for it.

Beware! Paradise Laser does not care about the patient. It is all about the money for them. Norma convinced me that the Venus Freeze treatments would give me incredible results. She is a great salesperson. I went through the full 8 treatments of Venus Freeze, and not only did I get NO results, but it actually caused my skin to wrinkle faster and make my skin looser! They could not give any explanation why this occurred. What bothered me is that they were unwilling to contact Venus Freeze and find out what went wrong. They were unwilling, and totally unsympathetic to assist in correcting the damage and unwilling to do a partial refund! They had their money-that’s all they cared about! I paid and lost a large sum. If I were a company that caused «harm» to a client, I would do everything in my power to make it right, but not Paradise Laser. Don’t waste your money on them! I’m considering legal steps.

After reading some of the reviews on Paradise Laser Int. I feel a need to weigh in on their treatments for hair removal. It has been months since I completed the treatments (purchased 2 series) and facial hair has not returned.

I had the laser treatment program of 6 treatments, but it didn’t work within 2 months most of the hair was back. And in one area the hair never left.

Instead of using my $ 99 (Groupon) for «small area» hair removal I purchased a full face package for $ 199. I was also sold a package for stretch mark removal ($ 1100) with the promise that the results would be «phenomenal.» Half way into the stretch mark laser package, I told clinic mgr. Norma, that I was not seeing any results. She switched my laser treatments to 8 Venus Freeze treatments.
The switch seemed generous until I found out that VF requires a minimum of 30 minutes per area to possibly work. I heard Norma tell my tech to spend 15 minutes with me even though she asked for more time. The VF machine was never working and it took a month for me to even start treatments.
I asked Norma why she would switch treatments knowing she was not allowing enough time for it to possibly work. She told me that changing the treatment was a courtesy and that I’d have to purchase another package (about $ 1500). VF DOES NOT WORK! It’s just a cash cow for Paradise so they push it on everyone!
The full face hair removal was also a joke. The laser was down completely or stopped working during treatment. Dr. DeMola burned me 3 times and didn’t seem to know anything about the notes in my chart regarding setting the laser. The laser they use is worn out and outdated so it cannot be controlled properly. I was told that Paradise buys second hand malfunctioning and/​or outdated machines.
I wasted over $ 1300 at Paradise with nothing to show for it. They could care less about performing quality treatments or making sure you get quality results. STAY AWAY!!!

I originally found this office on Groupon, and called to ask about the package, more about the procedures, etc. I was offered the same deal in-​office (without having to go through Groupon) and was able to get an appointment the same week. I was so happy with my first session of bikini laser removal that I added underarms the next session (and they gave me a free session of each as a bonus). I’m 3 sessions in and already pretty smooth. They did have to cancel an appointment once last minute (I think the equipment needed repair?) but they gave me another bonus session for my inconvenience. The staff is all super friendly and I’ve recommended it to all my friends.

Love the service that Grace, Norma and Cathy offer very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they really help accommodate different packages for your needs at great prices, love this place!

I love this place!!! I am currently trying their laser hair removal. The area I am working on is my underarms and I am loving the results. I can honestly say I trust this place and would recommend it to anyone who is considering laser hair removal. Their prices are just right for the high quality of work they do. I have referred family and friends to this place; no one that I know of has had any complains.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, my experience here was NOT good. The staff and Dr. DeMola are very nice and treated me quite well. Unfortunately, the procedure that Dr. DeMola did on me had complications. During my consultation, I asked his staff member if he was experienced with the specific procedure I wanted him to perform on me, and she assured me that he was. When I spoke to him personally, I asked him if he performed this procedure often, and he told me he did, so I felt like I would be in good and experienced hands. Not!
After he performed the procedure, I had some major swelling (on my face), which I was told to expect. He assured me that the swelling would go down in about an hour after the procedure; however, about 3 hours after the procedure, the swelling did NOT go down and it actually looked worse. By the next morning, the swelling was twice as bad and I had to call off work. I called their office asking if they could do something (there is a certain procedure that can fix this), but they did not have the product that could fix the issue. I told him that because of his error, I now had to go pay $ 165 somewhere else to have it fixed and that I felt it was unfair that I basically threw away my $ 400 on a procedure he obviously botched and was NOT experienced at performing.
Rather than offer to at least give me some of my $ 400 back (yeah, I know, wishful thinking, right?) or to even just apologize to me for the horrendous job he did, he basically just told me to deal with it and let him know if the other place was able to fix the issue. Very upsetting and sad…

I originally found this place through Groupon. After investigating about laser hair removal (and how many OTHER places try to nickel & dime everyone with extras) I choose Paradise and I’m glad I did! I have never felt pressured to get extra services or «purchase» numbing cream. They use the numbing cream (without charging extra) in the bikini area, but only ice is needed for under arms and legs. I was obviously happy with the bikini area, so then I added underarms and the following year started my lower legs. They are always offering specials so make sure you ask. Norma & Dr. DeMola are very nice people and make you feel comfortable, like family not like a number.

I went to Paradise Laser for hair removal of my back, shoulders, neck. I paid for 6 sessions up front which cost me $ 1,500. I was assured I was the perfect candidate for laser hair removal as I have light skin and dark hair. After 6 sessions I was still covered in hair. They charged me an additional $ 100 per session after 6 sessions. I went for a total of 11 sessions and still covered in hair with minimal to no results. After 11 sessions and still being covered in hair Paradise Laser claimed their machine doesn’t work on my skin. They weren’t willing to provide any form of refund or discount for additional sessions. If you are considering laser hair removal I would look somewhere else. I filed a complaint with the medical board against Dr. De Mola/​Paradise laser as my experience was so bad. Do not waste your money for laser hair removal by Paradise Laser.

I had my Venus Freeze procedure done a couple of months ago, and because I know it takes a few weeks to see the final results I wanted to give an honest review. The results are in, and they are fantastic. My skin has never looked better. Dr DeMola has a wonderful bedside manner. He is caring and patient and you know you are in capable hands as soon as you talk to him. His entire staff is caring, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile when you need assistance, or have questions.
The Spa is located in a very pretty and quaint part of downtown Upland. When you walk in the door thee is always a nice cool bottle of water offered while you wait, which is never long. I just pray, pray, pray they start offering Zeltiq coolsculpting one day. I will be the first in line. I feel pretty lucky I found this place. A big thumbs up!

I’ve been to Paradise Laser Institute a couple of times. I absolutely love the doctor. He’s very friendly, kind and explains everything.
This office offers great specials and package deals that help keep my costs down.
One of my favorite things about this office… if your appt is at 10am… THE DOCTOR SEES YOU AT 10AM!!!
I’ve never had to wait past my appt time and I never feel like the doctor is in a hurry for the next appt.
I have referred my friends to this office and their results have been great too.
