RIP OFF. ANYTHING TO KEEP YOUR CAR AND RACK UP FEES. That 5 star rating in the beginning was fake and possibly posted by an employee!!!

Absolutely the worst people I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Whatever you do do not get your car towed by these morons they are absolutely terrible! my daughter’s car was in an accident when I went to get the stuff out of the car the lady was extremely rude and told me I have 15 minutes to get my stuff out of my car as if she wasn’t getting paid by the insurance company to store the car, absolutely ridiculous! do yourself a favor and never use them!

If I could give this company negative star ratings I would. My truck was towed ($ 20,000 vehicle) on a Monday, on Friday I went to get the truck. Paid $ 540 to the towing company, now… they have placed a lien on my truck for the towing fee, which is paid. When I called to find out what was going on since the DMV has now sent a letter of intent to sell my truck, the very rude and verbally abusive lady on the phone tells me it is my fault it was towed and to get the lien removed I need to take the receipt to the DMV and prove I paid the bill. Why should I have to do this when the lien paperwork shows it was placed on the truck after I paid the tow bill and picked it up. Why can’t they cancel the lien — which should have never been placed on the truck to begin with. I am so very angry — I think I might just get a lawyer!

If there was a way to rate w/​NO STARS, this would be my 1^st review on a business to do that. Talked to them last night, i got an attitude. Called them again this morning, i get hung up on, and get another attitude when i called back. Im in shock cuz of how rude they are. Unbelievable.
Also my car got towed over the wknd & its only monday as i write this, yet theyre telling me the tow fees have already gone up to 545.00! Holy cow, they really rape ppl at this place. Screw this company. I hope they go out of business soon.

This Towing Company has the worst customer servcie! They are extremely rude and unethical. My daughter was in an accident and CHP called this towing company to tow her car away. I had no say so on the towing service, they had already been called without letting me know since her car was blocking traffic. Mr. T Towing gave me a hard time when my insurance adjuster wanted to go out and inspect my car. They wanted me to fill out all kinds of forms before they alllowed the adjustor access to my car. I was finally able to fax them a release letter with a copy of my D. When I get home that night in the mail there is a letter in the mail from the towing company. They had put a lien of sale on my car because it had been in their yard for only four days with no pay. Wow!!! They didn’t even give a chance for my insurance company to process paperwork and set appt. for inspector to go out… they work really fast to screw you. No wonder they were givning me a hard time about the adjustor going out to inspect the car. They were ready to sell my car. My daughter goes to Mr. T towing to pick up her personal and the girl at the front desk is extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I believe her name is Jesith. She won’t allow my daughter to pick up her items from her car since the registration is in my husbands name. I called her and she is rude to me also and informed her I had spoken with a gentlemen yesterday and he told me I can pick up the items anytime as long as I fax a release letter with owners ID. The same thing I did to release my car to my insurance company. She said I don’t care who you spoke with but thats not how we do things and i need to physically see the owner of the car. I told her we could fax her a letter with my husbands drivers license and she said no I will not release the personal items. This company does not try to work with you and they are unprofessional and I would never use them!!!

Wow! Pathetic and very disrespectful Girl I spoke to sounded like she hates her job!
I was in a car accident and unfortunately, I didn’t have a say on the towing biggest mistake to be taken there.
I wish I was stable enough to have called AAA.
While I was at the hospital I called them spoke to a man and was told it was $ 250 for just the tow and $ 50 a night it was there two nights and they want $ 500 + now how does that make any sense?!
Guy I spoke to this morning didn’t have any information for me what’s so ever, I had to wait to speak to «the girl» that knows how to look that up.
I finally go get my car and ask for the break down of the charges and ask why I was told differently the night I called, she said she didn’t know and was gonna speak to the guy who I had spoke too this whole time she’s being very rude! I told her I was told differently and she laughs I told her she was rude and disrespectful, I had AAA pick up my car because there was no way I was gonna pay an extra $ 100 to get it towed to my house. AAA guy was also very annoyed with them and their rude ways! Worst place ever! Unprofessional and not courteous what’s so ever! If you hate your job so much you should probably quit!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest scoring in service and price, I rate this ghetto, uneducated heathen and excuse of a towing company an F – .
Take the quote they give you and multiply it by 2. Now take that number and raise it to the 5^th power. This new number is still about 300% less than what you will actually be paying.
If I had to choose between having my right thumb slammed by a steel door, diving off a bridge with a Chinese-​made bungee rope, or using this service ever again, I would take the money, buy bullets, and shoot myself in the head.
