First and foremost, I would like to say that Cindy and Heber are the epitome of professionalism and expertise when it comes to family law. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for everything they have done for me. They were there every step of the way. No questions left unanswered and every avenue explored. My case involved the custody of my children. We came up with a plan, implemented it and came out with results better than I expected. I left the courthouse today with the biggest smile on my face. That says it all. THESE TWO ARE AWESOME!!!

I learned a lot when I met with Heber. Him and his sister were pretty straightforward, honest and informative. They gave me great advice and let me stay past the 30 minutes. All the other attorneys wouldn’t even let explain my situation. Thank you!

I have been unlucky at finding a reliable attorney. My last attorney gave me the run around and never payed any attention to my case. She wasn’t prepared in court and didn’t do much to help with my child custody case. She would tell me to bring my check book. But produce no results.
After weeks of searching I ran across Moran and Moran. This brother and sister team was dressed to the nine for court. They prepared me day before court and brought their talent to defend me in court. Don’t under estimate this young and energetic team. They know their stuff.

My partner and I were not sure if we were ready to get married but we knew we wanted to at least get a domestic partnership to receive some legal benefits. We were not quite sure what we were getting into and had a lot of questions. We looked online for a gay and lesbian friendly law firm that was up to date with all of the new laws pertaining to our community. We found Moran and Moran to be our best bet since they offered a free short consultation. We took advantage of our consultation and got all of our questions answered and gave us scenarios of things we never even thought of.
Overall our experience with Moran and Moran was excellent and we will be using them for help on our prenuptial agreement. Further down the line we hope to not need them for divorces or custody battles, but we know they are reliable if God forbids we ever need them for that.

This practice is a complete 180 compared to the service I received with the other firm. With Moran Moran I feel like I’m getting two lawyers for the price of one. The way that Cindy and Heber work together is amazing, they are both equally knowledgable about my case and are constantly consulting each other and bouncing off ideas from one another. They’re follow up is delivered as promised and they even, in my case, help with the moral support to get me through this difficult time. The difference maker is the personal touch they both have while maintaining their professionalism at all times. They make the time for you and make you feel your case is important. I value ethics and this is something that is very transparent from this team.
Their rates are very reasonable compared to the beating I got at the other firm and worth every penny. They even have a payment plan option to work with you.
My case isn’t over yet and I’m writing this review now because I truly believe it is earned by how much work they put into your case rather than a win/​lose. I don’t know if we’ll win or lose, but so far they’ve earned my respect and loyalty for all of their hard work and dedication to my case.

I know many people would «turned off» by a younger attorney team. However i saw it as a huge positive. Not only are you getting two attorneys working side by side, but you’re getting attorneys that are highly knowledgeable and up to date with any recent changes to laws or documents. (I had a previous veteran attorney who didnt «keep up with the times»). Both are extremely enthusiastic and definitely care about establishing a strong reputation for having integrity. At first I was hesitant due to the attorneys being rather young. However, I soon discovered that their youthfulness does not impede them from conducting themselves in a professional manner. Not only were the attorneys professional, they were helpful as well. I was grateful for the free thirty minute consultation where I had my questions answered. I was also impressed by their punctuality and friendly demeanor. Another plus was the attorneys being bilingual in Spanish. Overall, I would definitely recommend this law firm.

I generally don’t trust anyone with legal advice or help, but the lawyers at Moran and Moran are not only trustworthy but very affordable.
