When I come here the Carwash doesn’t leave car 100% clean. Maybe 90%. The trunk has to be opened for them so they know to vacuum and it always looks un vacuumed. It’s hard work, I know. I think the workers are overworked. I feel bad to complain, but it’s the truth.

Second time here and i think the service time is lousy! The time they take to wash a small sedan is ridiculous!
I dropped off my car at vacuum station (mind you that no one was there other than my car), went to go pay, picked out a card and paid at 12:43p.m. At 1:12p.m. My car was finally out of the wash. That’s over 25 minutes for just the car alone. It still needed to be dried and dressing on the tires still needed to be applied. This is crazy! By the time I left it was 1:30. Yep.
I paid $ 15.95 for a basic car wash that does not include armor-​all and I still had to pay $ 3.00 extra on top of the $ 15.95.
I’m not a cheapskate at all…, on the contrary… I like to pay for quality not quantity, but the time spent here is out of control. My time is valuable just like theirs.
Maybe they need to advise their customers at the vacuum station that they’re running behind or how long the wash takes so people can decide if they want to go through or not. I was not a happy camper!

Always get a pretty good decent wash here, and they have various specials on different days which is a plus. The was and dry haven’t been perfect here, but good. And I think cheaper then a few other places in the area. Usually best time to come is during the week, weekends are packed

Great job Mission Car Wash! I was very pleased with my regular car wash. I was in the area and desperately need to wash my car.

Not impressed at all. They left soapy water on different parts of my car and they put way too much cherry scent in the car. Had to roll down the windows to keep from coughing.

I would give them less than one star if I could. Been coming here for years but I have to say, the quality of their work has gone down hill. They can’t even clean the Windows properly or wipe obvious smudges off of cars. I’m gonna have to go somewhere else. Any suggestions..

I had 1 bad experience, from only 1 person that took $$$ out of my center console, but Jackie has taken care of the 1 bad apple, if you will! I call that great customer service & will continue to come back here for their great service & prices, like I had been the last 3 years! I highly recommend them & wanted to thank Jackie for her great customer service!

Great place to bring your car to get serviced. They have a very helpful staff and are good at what they do. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is on a budget. Highly recommended!

Horrible work. I had to clean my car at home. Waste of money. Quality control was no help and the owner didn’t care either.

Been coming here for years but I doubt Id return ever again. My floor mats needed shampooing $ 7 cool great please shampoo them. After the rain and all the mud etc a couple months after I needed shampooing again but this time $ 15! I said «wait a minute you charged me $ 7 last time?» The owner pauses and says «ohh yeah ok $ 7.» Really bro? So you pick and choose your prices on your mood or what? Any who I still got the wash like an idiot but my back seats were barely touched by the vacuum and there are always spots all around my car. Maybe the greedy owner should invest in a few easy ups/​canopies to keep the wet cars and workers under shade, to avoid water spots and heat exhaustion. It would benefit both the workers and cars.

My usual care ash is 66 wash next to the 99 cent store but I came to Mission today. All I have to say is check your back seat before you leave. I have an SUV and they could not have vacuumed it at all. It was full of sand. Terrible! I will stick with my usual place they alway do an excellent job at 66. Sorry Mission I will NOT be back!

I’ve taken my car here many times over the past few years, but lately I’m left feeling as though I’ve wasted my money because my car never comes out completely clean. Just yesterday I took it to be washed and when I brought it home found some type of oily residue on my back window, water spots all over my car, the hood completely dull, fingerprints and the middle console in my car wasn’t wiped off. I spent $ 18 + $ 5 tip and it isn’t even clean. I’ll never go back again!

Came into mission car wash today and they took great care of my vehicle. Very professional and very clean. Thanks guys. Will defiantly be back again.

Yes, we’re in a drought, but it’s been over 3 months (or more) since my last car wash. I was desperate for a hand car wash place and was in the area, so I stopped in late afternoon yesterday. With all the low reviews, I didn’t expect much, but to my surprise I thought they did a better job than the place I usually go to in Chino on Central Ave.
I was in and out in 40 minutes. If I’m in the area, would I come back? Sure.

I like this place it has very reasnoble prices. very polite and organized. Will definitely be coming back here

DO NOT GO HERE the customer service SUCKS I took my car here and the car didn’t even look clean it looked like it did before. There was water stains on the hood. I told the owner that it wasn’t clean and he told me that it was a stain from the sprinklers. (Which it wasn’t because I don’t park next to sprinklers) than he made another excuse saying it was from my windshield wipers. Anyway I told him I wanted a refund and he refused to refund my money and brought the guy that washed my car and started scolding him in front of me (which is very unprofessional) and told me to come back tomorrow I told him I took my car today for a reason that I wouldn’t be coming back. He said rewashed it and dried it himself. Anyway. I will not be going back

Took my father’s car in to get it cleaned up. The car came out dirty. I had bugs and bird poo on the window and bird poo on the headlights. The manager tried to tell me it was a stain. Also the car still had the foam soap on the fog lights he tried telling me that was a stain. My windows where still dirty on the inside as well. Then when the manager called someone else to fix the problem he did not want to deal with it so he gave the rags back to the first guy that was half way doing the job to begin with. This used to be the place to go but customer service has gone so far down hill i will be looking for a new car wash.

This is the last time im gonna take my car here for carwash. They are not consistent with there quality of work of. every car they washed. I been coming here for almost a decade, before they do a good quality work and there prices are reasonable but this time i will not be back and give my money away!!!
I took my car for wash today and i always get the manager special before is under $ 15 but now is $ 18 which is.i.dont mind paying. They wash my car terrible… looks like my car is not vacuum or washed. I have enough… im not gonna back to this place no more.

This place talks perfect English when your there and not complaining or have a problem… but, once you have an issue all of a sudden they dont speak English. The other problem is that if they think you dont speak spanish or understand spanish… they begging to bad mouth you and worse yet… start calling you name in spanish… well I dont put up with this kind of trash. They did all they could to give me the run around and treat me like a I piece of… well you know.
To be honest I have never been this badly treated in a long time… lol…and I work for the T.S.A. I would if. Your a client boycott this place… there aren plenty of carwash places that would love your business. And appreciate your spending your hard earned money at there business.
All I went there to do was explain to them that when they put armor all on the tires that they need to wipe off the excess… all the excess got all over the side of my car. And instead of taking a clients suggestion and wiping up the excess I got all that drama. What a total waste and loss of a customer.
Guess im j u st gonna make the trip back to san dimas car wash they know how treat a customer.
Folks if ya like being treated like crap or are willing to put up with Poor service… then this is the place for you.
I will not be treated by anyone this way… i treat people fairly until they blow it… this place did… just be careful folks.
