The Best Company to order from!
Ordered a wine I have been meaning to get. Ordered online. Found a 2014 vintage I had been looking for, that I had at a dinner party.
Got call the next day from Liquorama, they were out of 2014, but had 2015 in stock. 2014 was rated higher, so I was very disappointed, and had them cut the order to 4 bottles so I could see if I like the 2015.
This is a top notch company! I was treated very professionally by Liquorama. They waited for my decision, if I wanted to keep the order, without bugging me. When I decided to go with a reduced amount, I thought it was going to be a problem to get my money back, but it was no problem! They only charged me for the final order. One main reason I ordered from them, was they had a very reasonable delivery charge. I believe delivery to my door, was like $ 7. (?)
Anyway, I said fine to the 4 bottles of wine on a Thursday late afternoon. The price was cheaper then the winery, and cheaper than other wholesalers. I could not believe the email on Friday saying the wine would be delivered on Saturday, I thought it was a mistake. Saturday morning 9 am, there was a delivery person at my door for a signature. I was in shock! I have no idea how they are able to give that kind of service. I am soo pleased with Liquorama, will not hesitate to order again.

Great selection at Liquorama, no question about it. I also like that it doesn’t feel clinical, the way the big chains like bevmo can be. Bottom line, the beer and spirits taste the same either way, but I like to feel that I’m supporting a local small business with «real people» working there.
I applaud them for carrying Cerveza Imperial from Costa Rica. It is hardly on any beer «snob’s» list, but I like it because it is a crowd pleaser and very drinkable under almost any conditions. Pura Vida!

This place has a great selection of beers, great customer service and have this really cool thing were they stamp a card that they give you. After acquiring about 10 stamps you get the next beer for a dollar! Pretty cool spot to stop by for any beer enthusiast.

They finally carry OjoRojo Bloody Beer mix… I’ll be making more pit stops at this liquor store…

An all around great experience! They have such a great selection and an even better group of staff that are extremely helpful! A little bit of something for everyone which is why I recommend stopping by, you won’t be disappointed! Will definitely be coming back soon!

Best place to buy wine in so CA. Blake’s wine recommendations absolutely never disappoint! (You will not find this type of knowledge in any other store). Just finished a most fabulous Zinfandel (Brochelle Vineyards), on his recommendation … should have purchased more — everyone loved it (even the pickiest in the family). Whether I am buying wine gifts for clients in Napa Valley, or for family celebrations, I know I can trust his advice. Thank you, Blake!

If I could give less than one star then I would for my horrible experience. I placed an order for two expensive bottles of a spirit that is very hard to find on short notice with a live person on a Friday afternoon with the guarantee that my items would be sent via GSO and arrive on Monday, the day of my company’s party. Due to a contractual obligation, I had to serve this particular liquor.
A few hours later I received an email shipping notification from FedEx stating that my items would arrive on Tuesday, which would be the day after my party.
No one was in Liquorama’s customer service department at that time or over the weekend but I left messages via email and voice.
On Monday, Lindsay, the lady who took my order, returned my call and said she screwed up for not physically making sure that my order was sent via GSO. She said I could either reject the shipment when it arrived and thus receive a full refund or, she suggested I go to the FedEx location and pick up my order.
I asked her which FedEx location that would be. She said she would find out; she called back a few minutes later and said pickup at FedEx was not an option and then she hung up on me while I was still asking questions.
Not only could I not believe this woman’s rude behavior but I was surprised she expressed absolutely no remorse for not having the package sent GSO like she promised. I was left scrambling to find this rarely-​stocked liquor. Thankfully I located the product a 90 minute-​drive from me.
I will never trust Liquorama again. This was my first and last experience with the company.

Amazing selection
Cool wine tasting. Something for everyone. Reasonable prices. Great staff. Great cigar selection. Great place to shop highly recommend.

Out in a strip mall that looks semi-​abandoned in Upland. Store is massive, lots of hard to find Scotch, Champagne, other liquor. Beer selection is large, though probably ½ imports and about ¼ California locals. Lots of fridged six packs but still many IPAs unrefrigerated. Found Bruery, Alesmith, Lost Coast Guard Left Coast, North Coast, Firestone Walker, Napa Smith, Big Sky, Heretic, Laughing Dog. Nothing I haven’t seen before. Big selection, nothing special, but $ 5 bombers of Port Old Viscosity! Best beer there was $ 12 Speedway Stout.

Omg just moved to Upland and I found this little hidden gem today all wine drinkers must check it out

This place has everything, and I do mean everything. It’s huge, so there’s plenty of room for their outstanding selection of wines and spirits at every price point. If you like rare and hard-​to-​find scotch, bourbons, tequilas, you won’t be disappointed here. While they stock plenty of mid-​to-​low range wines at nice prices, they’ve also got a cave with fine vintage bottles. They just enlarged their walk-​in humidor to showcase a bigger variety of cigars, too. And the service is friendly and very knowledgeable. They go out of their way to accommodate special orders and requests. What’s not to like at Liquourama, unless you live far from remote Upland? If you do, you can make a day trip out of it by stocking up for the season, then stopping in Claremont for a pleasant lunch, or in Monterey Park for some great Chinese before heading back to the West Side.

They have absolutely everything in this place. If they don’t they will order it for you, then you’ll be happy! Ask for john

Good beer selection and most things are priced but they tend to overprice vs some of their neighbors or even Bevmo. Some of the guys their were talking a little condescendingly about people who drank beer over wine or spirits.

My favorite local liquor store! They have a great beer selection as well as wine and hard liquor. The staff is very friendly and laid back.
I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs to buy any type of alcohol. Great prices (always cheaper than other stores).

My go-​to liquor store mainly for the wide variety and VERY reasonable pricing. Less than BevMo! You can get a handle of Crown Royal for $ 36! Not bad! I love coming here especially if I am hosting a party because I can get everything I need based on what all my guests like to drink. They also carry ice, mixers, & bar tools. Large selection of beer (including from local breweries) sold in packs, kegs, & individual bottles. Wedding coming up? Get all your champagne & dinner wine here! You can always return any uncorked bottles! Oh, and they have liquor infused ice cream too ;)

I contacted their customer service dept via phone and dealt with a very rude woman. I ordered some wine from them online, and when FedEx was unable to deliver the wine I called to have it held at a nearby FedEx store (something I routinely do with other places I buy wine from online). The FedEx representative apologized and informed me that I needed to contact the shipper (something I’ve only had to do once before when buying wine).
I looked up the number for Liquorama and called. The woman on the phone asked if I had it delivered to a home address, and I replied that I had. Her immediate response was to laugh, and say, «Bad idea!» I replied that it was a bit late to tell me that now. She replied, «We put it on our website; maybe you should have read our website and you would have known that.»
I was stunned. I told her that was bad customer service, and I couldn’t believe that she was addressing me that way. Her reply was, «Well, we get that about ten times a day.» She went on to tell me she would contact FedEx and change it so that it could be held for pickup, and I got off the phone with her as quickly as I could.
Based on this experience, I will NEVER buy anything from Liquorama again. The most annoying aspect about this experience, in my opinion, is it was completely avoidable simply by allowing the customer to change delivery to «Hold At Location» on the FedEx website, like every other online wine seller I’ve bought from. Then, I never would have needed to call and get treated the way I did by their rude, ignorant customer service representative.

Holy Cow, an alcoholics dream/​nightmare come true! I can’t believe this adult beverage wonderland has been right here in my own backyard, and yet this was my first time exploring the place! My purpose was to meet Adam Carolla (I’m a fan from his KROQ days) and get a bottle of that Mangria stuff, but as I waited in line to do the meet and greet, I was very distracted by my surroundings. I saw lots of things I wanted to Ooo and Ahhh about which made it very hard to stay in line. My mission was eventually accomplished, thanks Adam!, and then I got to wander/​wonder! It seems almost any adult beverage imaginable is here. Saw lots of great wine and vodka selections. Good bye $ 2 buck chuck! Definitely coming back here!
P. S. The Mangria red version is pretty brutal. I’d say use sparingly or only in highly stressful situations.

If I didn’t have to work today I would be stumbling home drunk. The wine tasting bar was calling my name and at $ 1.00 I can easily satisfy my taste buds for wine.
The name of the store pretty much explains it all. Aisles of spirits, beer, and wine. There’s so many microbrews it will take me years to try them all. They carry all the low end and high end alcohol. There’s boxes of my favorite Johnny Walker Blue Label and the best drink I ever had in my life: Louis XIII de Rémy Martin cognac displayed proudly in a glass case.
Wanna smoke a cigar with your drink? They have a humidor so you can pick up a cigar on your way out.
I highly suggest the Cohiba.
Very few stores deliver this kind of caliber of alcohol. Why waste your time with the same old mainstream beer or alcohol when you can come here and shock your liver with something new? Everything is neatly organized and the staff is very helpful. If you see me back here in the tasting room with dollar bills in my pocket, hit me up, maybe we can share a cab.

I was at Liquorama last Friday evening for the Bootlegger’s Brewery tasting and it was AWESOME as usual… the company rep «Derek» was lively, informed and enthusiastic about his product. In the past 3 weeks I have heard MUCH of Bootlegger’s Brewery so I stocked up on it after our tasting.
Prices here are always competitive and yes they were having a ‘Scotch’ tasting next to us… which made me sorta feel like ‘noses-​were-​in-​the-​air’ to our Beer tasting LOL j/​k
