I had a family law matter that needed to be settled. I tried to do it myself and quickly found out why I needed a lawyer. I tried out Marc Grossman’s office because I drive by there regularly and was very happy with their help. The first consultation was free and I thought they would just give me some general info and try to get me to sign up. But the attorney really took the time to hear my issue and even advised me of some things I could try on my own before getting lawyers involved. I did end up hiring them and it was a relief to have them taking care of things. I would recommend them to anyone with a problem looking for some peace of mind.

I was injured at work. I thought everything was ok with my employer, but he wanted me to end the claim and my medical treatment before I was better. I went to Law Office of Marc Grossman. His workers comp dept took care of me. Juan is the hearing rep & Liz is the Paralegal. They got me to a doctor who treated my injuries. They also fought to get me a good settlement. I am glad my brother referred me to this firm. He was also happy how his case was handled by the workers comp dept.

I am very thankful for the Law Offices of Marc Grossman. Recently I had a car accident. Even though it was the other person’s fault, liability was disputed. Fortunately, I contacted Mr. Grossman’s office and spoke to his two knowledgable paralegals, John and Chris. They were always attentive, courteous, and professional. They were extremely patient and would explain things to me when I didn’t understand. I had a lot of questions and they made me feel very comfortable whenever I talked with them. Long story short, they resolved the liability issue, got me medical attention quickly, and a great settlement. I am thankful with Mr. Grossman getting me the settlement I deserved.

UPDATE: Sam Wasserson, the attorney I had hired through the Law Offices of Marc Grossman, and I went to fee arbitration on December 30th. This arbitration was arranged by the San Bernardino County Bar Assn. The arbitrator suggested that Attorney Wasserson waive the balance on my account. This action was agreed to by Mr. Wasserson and myself..

I have been a client of this firm since I hired them to deal with my divorce in 2008. NEVER have I refused to make a payment or been late on any payment for that matter. During my case they did a poor job at keeping me informed of what was giong on. They only thing they ever cared about was stating how much I owed every time my allowance was up and I gladly turned my payments in. When it came time to go to court, my original attorney didn’t even represent me because he was on vacation. The one they sent in his replacement did a poor job at defending me because he seemed to know nothing about my case and I lost my case. Today, Mr Grossman calls me directly accusing me of not wanting to make a payment on a blance I haven’t even been billed for. NEVER did I say I was not planning to make a payment, he made verbal assumptions over the phone and threatened to send me to collection.
I have worked in the banking customer service industry for 14 years. I’ve dealt with every type of client. This is not a way to treat a client, especially a loyal one who put up with them since 2008 without ever complaining about their poor follow up.

We obtained the services of Mr. Grossman for a delicate custody filing. Contrary to our gut feeling, we signed with him. He did not hesitate to use profanity during our initial meeting. His communications with us have been rude and threatening. Do not be mislead by his compassion — It is only his greed speaking. However, if you are looking for an A-​hole attorney, I’m certain he would be a good fit.
