Laughing Buddha Body Piercing

The ladies at the Laughing Buddha were great. I came in to get my nose pierced. They were professional, made you feel very comfortable and explained the whole process to you. I would highly recommend going there.

My boyfriend and I came to get his cartilage pierced, we came in on a Sunday at 6:45 and they don’t close till 9pm. The lady at the front said they had stopped doing piercings for tonight but will continue tomorrow morning at 11am. How are you gonna stop doing piercings when you don’t close till 9…

Just got my nose pierced today! This was my first piercing, and I could not have possibly asked for a better experience. The guy who did my piercing, Airick, could not have been more awesome. He was so kind, funny, and he made me feel so comfortable. I’m really really happy with everything!

Stopped in today to get my Tragus jewelry taken out and replaced with a retainer until tomorrow. Both gentlemen that helped me went above and beyond. The guy that changed my jewelry also measures my navel and nipple piercings for me because I was interested in purchasing new jewelry but it has been years since I have bought anything, so I no longer remember the sizes! I placed an order for two navel rings. They have a huge beautiful selection of jewelry and you can easily spend a lot of money!

What a GREAT place! Everyone is very nice and they do a great job of putting you at ease if you are nervous! Had my septum and daith piercing done by Airick… he was super nice and a true professional! Would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

I have recommended a ton of people here because I know they do excellent work and have awesome jewelry. After Christmas I’m sad to say I won’t be coming back or making any more referrals. I wanted to get my boyfriend new plugs but he has been trying to shrink his ears and didn’t know what gauge size he was (I assumed this would be a common thing but apparently I was wrong). I don’t know if the guys didn’t want to be there since it was Christmas eve but I had made a point to call and see what time the shop closed and we went hours before that. When I said he didn’t know what size he was they offered no help except to say that you could use household items like pens but didn’t offer a pen and i didn’t have one in my purse. I ended up buying 2 sets of beautiful plugs that were the size he simply guessed without any assistance and they are too big. He has been trying to stretch his ears back so that they’ll fit but the whole point has been for him to shrink them. I’m really bummed

Was looking for a place to get a frenum piercing. I’ve had it done before years ago along with a few other piercings in highly sensitive areas. Sara’s 16 years of experience sure showed as she definitely knew what she was doing. Talked me through everything and put me at ease. I’d definitely go back to Laughing Buddha and highly recommend this place for a piercing.

Came for a VCH piercing. I just really want to make it clear that Sarah and the other woman helping me at the counter were very professional, friendly, helpful, courteous, patient, and funny! Nothing put me more at ease than their jokes. Jewelry selection is fantastic with a lot of internally threaded options to choose from. I ended up going with a 12G straight titanium barbell with a pink cv gem ball from Industrial Strength. I originally wanted something with opal, but it was out of stock. They assured me I could get it custom ordered if I wanted to change out the pink cv ball for opal later on.
For the piercing itself, I laid down on the table. The area was cleaned and measured and checked to make sure my anatomy suited the piercing. I thought this was very important as I would rather be told I couldn’t get the area pierced for safety reasons than to just be pierced and have my money taken for something that would eventually not last in my body if my anatomy did not suit it. I was shown the marking in which the piercing would go through and how the jewelry would sit. Sarah practiced deep breathing exercises with me and assured me she would be very quick and that the sensation would be a sudden «jolt» but would dissipate quickly. She was dead on with that description. Other than the pain from the piercing, Sarah was very gentle and kept checking up on me to make sure I was doing okay. Certain things were discarded in a biohazard bin, fresh gloves had been used and then discarded, and everything had been placed earlier on a sterile tray. I definitely recommend her and would trust her wholeheartedly with any other piercings I may want to get done in the future.
The shop itself is extremely clean. They had me initial a sterilization strip that ensures the autoclave they used to sterilize jewelry and equipment was working and effective. Aftercare was discussed to me before the piercing, and I paid after. $ 50 service fee, $ 40 jewelry, and a couple bucks for tax. Sea salt included instructions and measurements for salt/​water ratio and is free. Please tip Sarah! She was such a pleasant person to be poked by. I really look forward to going back and ordering some opal jewelry from them as well as possibly getting another piercing once I’m fully healed.

I would highly recommend laughing Buddha for piercings! They are very professional, friendly and clean.
I got my nose pierced by Sarah on Monday and she was super friendly. I was really nervous so she talked me through the whole process. I paid $ 57 in total for the piercing and jewelry.
I also liked how they thoroughly go over how to care and clean your piercing after you get it. If your looking to get a piercing, this is the place to do it!

I was visiting from out of town but wanted to find a nice place to get my nose pierced while I stayed with friends. I chose this place because there were so many solid reviews. I walked in and Jordan was super chill and friendly. He explained everything clearly and helped me figure out what I wanted to do. Sarah did my piercing and she was AMAZING. Let me say that again… Amazing. She talked me through the piercing and made me feel calm and ready. I was nervous but it was done quickly and easily.
This shop was so sanitary and professional, I was impressed!
I left completely satisfied and happy!

Came in to get the jewelry in my nostrils replaced with different posts and the dude completely fucked my piercings up. One of them even bled (bled enough to be like dude… Really? Come on.) and he didn’t even apologize. I never make a peep during piercings but simply replacing my jewelry by this dude was worse than the initial piercings themselves. And he didn’t say anything at all. Was super rough with me, made my piercing bleed and caused a huge bump that is still there, and no sorry or anything. Just a «keep doing those salt soaks» …Time to find another piercing place because this is the third time that I’ve had some bad luck with this place. I wanted to like this place because of how cleanly they are too.

Had my first piercing done today, the staffs are very nice, the person who did my ear piercing was very gentle with it, both side are aligned, I love the result.

Had a wonderful experience at laughing Buddha with sarah, she was very gentle! I actually went in to get a piercing removed that had in bedded in my lip. I was thankful she was able to get it out and send me home with proper care instructions for happy healing! My lip is so much better, all the swelling went down and no sign of infection. I definitely will be back for any future piercings or jewelry. The shop is also very clean and everyone that helped out that day was very welcoming! !

Came in around 30 minutes before closing and I was the only person in the shop with the two guys that helped me out. They were both very friendly and accommodating. I went in looking a septum piece and they had great suggestions. One knew the prices and the other knew all about placement. He measured my nose to make sure the piece I picked out would fit me, and it fit perfectly when I got home. So pleased with the professionalism and knowledge I experienced. I’ll definitely be back for more jewelry in the future. Pricey but worth it because you’ll leave with no regret about putting out money for a quality piece.

I found this business via Unilocal I was looking for a shop that did piercings and after reading the reviews I figured why not try it out since it had a lot of great reviews. So I went on my birthday ⁸⁄₁₈ to get my nostril pierced with my boyfriend. The moment we walked in the door we were welcomed and the woman at the front was very nice and answered all the questions about the jewelry and the process of the after care. She went into detail about the sanitation process, also the price was not bad since your getting good quality jewelry and that was the reason I went here in the first place since I have reactions to sterling silver. I met the piercer Sarah and she is AMAZING she made me feel very comfortable and went over the sanitation and what she was doing she was very informative. She let me know if I had any questions I can always call or come in. The whole experience was A++
I went in today because I had some questions about how it was healing. So I had called and the guy that answered let me know I can go in and they’ll take a look at it. I went in and again GREAT experience Sarah checked out the piercing and she cleaned it and I left feeling much better. When it comes to piercings I trust Sarah 100% she is great at what she does!!! Love my piercing !

I will never go to another piercer. Laughing Buddha has spoiled me and ruined me for all others. If you want your piercing (s) done right and with quality internally threaded jewelry come here. I’m sticking to the piercers who have first hand experience, answers all my questions and genuinely loves what they do.
I will be back guys as soon as I find available space on my body for more decorative pieces!

Septum Piercing!
On a Sunday morning I decided to DSC (do something crazy). Researched Unilocal for a good (local) piercing spot… searched and searched and searched some more! Decided to try this place out. Was a little nervous. but excited. Shop was super clean, super friendly, super professional. Sarah was awesome. calming. Easy piercing. Great experience.
Definitely recommend.
