Worst juice it up!
Whoever the skater kid was on 6−1−16 in the a. m
Is a little punk. He used the same gloves handling money to handle the fruit ., I asked him to change gloves. I was being cool about it and he coped a huge attitude… Unbelievable! I will never go back !

They charge Extra for using a credit card. — this is not a mom and pop shop — it’s a franchise!
They use Frozen strawberries — I could tell while eating my acai bowl. Their chalkboard wall isn’t even filled with ads or cute sayings like other stores I’ve been to. This place is not well kept, you can tell right when you walk in.
I would advise to go somewhere else, definitely not one of the best Juice It Up’s that I’ve been to. This place needs a lot of improvement.

This place is dirty. The floors are dirty, and so is the overall appearance. The staff was unfriendly. The kicker… they charged $.15 for paying with an ATM. Go somewhere else.

Horrible service and the employee with long blonde hair was a total jerk. I told him I wanted a receipt and saw that he rung me up for 2 smoothies when I made it clear I only wanted one… So I tell him and he slams the blender on the counter and wants to argue with me. He got way too upset for something like that to happen. I work at Starbucks so stuff like that happens all the time. It was his fault for not clarifying what he heard when I know exactly what I said and it’s not like he made the drinks yet. He had such bad attitude and because of him I’m never going to that juice it up again. seemed super sketch and looking at a couple of the reviews just now. This isn’t the first time they have over charged their customers.

I should have just went to the one on mountain like I normally do… My acai bowl was like I ordered soup… then they added blueberries and clearly that’s not what I ordered .I also asked for extra tippings on the bottom and that clearly wasn’t there either… that’s what I get .SMH such a wasted $ 7

Such great customer service. The line built up and a awesome employee jumped in and got everyone taken care of. We will be returning to this juice it up. Thanks!

Worst service, didn’t have ginger and the guy needed to get it together. They opened over 30 minutes ago and he was lost. The food was on a nasty black rack next to the cash register too. We walked out before ordering. Would rather go to the one off mountain!

Fast, friendly, and has a great selection of muffins & Alternative Baking Company cookies to go with your smoothie.
Located right next door to Starbucks at Mulberry & Foothill, they’re easy to find. Plenty of parking around the building.
I gave 5 stars for their friendly greetings and goodbyes upon arriving and leaving.

Service was slow and my boyfriend and I bought a large smoothie and a large juice costing almost $ 17 is a little pricey in my opinion. To top of off, the employee didn’t take the produce sticker off the apples when they blended my smoothie and I almost ate the sticker. Did they wash the produce at all? Thought I felt something chewy and when I pulled it out of my mouth, it’s the produce sticker! C’mon guys, I think the Managment should find more reliable staff that pay attention to these sorts of things to keep the businesses reputation clean.

I went into juice it up with my family and ordered 3 acai bowls and 1 small strawberry wave smoothie and my total was 28 $ SERIOUSLY ! 28 DOLLARS for a smoothie and a couple bowls that are basically smoothies with granola and fruit on top ?! And because I used my card they charged me a fee ?! What ?! I just spent 28 $ and you want to charge me a fee for using a card ?! It gets better, While the employee was making my bowls he tells me «oh by the way we are out of bananas, do you want me to just add more strawberries instead ?» Really ?! You couldn’t tell me before we ordered all three bowls that you were out of banana? So basically I received a smoothie in a bowl with some granola and soggy strawberries that were purple because they were bad they even tasted rotten… Then when I sat down to taste one of the bowls it was absolutely TERRIBLE ! I stopped eating, it tasted like watered down juice ! Really bad … I gave my mom the other bowl thinking that maybe it was just mine, after she started eating it she stopped two bites in, I asked her if everything was okay? She said honestly that was the worst bowl I have ever had ! Moral to my story juice it up does not use anything fresh things are frozen and soggy, they charge you for using there card machine, and they over charge you for something you can make at home 100 times better !

Good fruits and veggies, good smoothies and such but horrible customer service. First ONE person making all the drinks and about 7 – 9 people just waiting. Got here at around 1:25pm and got my drink around 1:50. More workers would be nice. Nothing against the place just lack of employees! 3 stars in more than enough.

First time at this location awesome costumer service & very friendly staff will Definitely come back :) not to mention my smoothies are delicious

Went in today to get a smoothie. The workers were amazing with the customer service. They made me a delicious smoothie. Check them out they won’t disappoint.

This place is completely under rated. They have healthy juices in comparison to jamba juice and have green juices! It’s amazing when I am about to do a cleanse or am feeling unhealthy. I love going to it because its right across the street from my work and the workers there are so friendly. I haven’t tried their smoothies but their green juices are so yummy! Will be back soon!

Awesome smoothie… fresh ingredients… horrible customer service. No one up front when we get there… cashier seemed a little confused in general. But whatever. What drove me to do this review was the fact that that a group behind me were being denied use of their coupons. They each had seperate coupons and had separate transactions yet the blonde cashier kept stating she would get in trouble by the owner if she accepted the coupons… no other reasoning. When questioned again she rudely asked if the other customer wanted the owner to be contacted. I would be appalled if this were my employee.

After my bad review, I was reached out by customer service and was impressed by their actions. I’ve decided to give the place another try. Can’t wait to order Zones again with soy milk!

So Unilocal shows this location opening at 8am and the sign on the door says 7am to which neither are correct because it’s Tuesday at 9:40am and the doors are locked. Several customers including myself have looked and the window and attempted to open the doors. Please get it together.

I was there today at 4:50 pm and a bunch of girls from softball team where at front of me. The teenage girl worker gave all their drinks except the last 3 girls. Since she forgot to charge them and she was in hurry to shutdown, they all got their free drinks.
When it turn to my turn, she refused to serve me because she told me the store is closed. She made me to wait over 10 minutes without any warning that the this story is going to be closed.
The customer service at this location is terrible. when a customer is inside the store, the employee cannot let the customer go because she is in a rush to leave the job and that’s not acceptable
