Dr. Gordon is a great doctor, but their front office staff is AWFUL! They don’t call back when they say they will, they get snippy and have bad attitudes when you call back to follow up on your request, and they are downright RUDE! I am so over this nasty office.

Dr. Robert Gordan is am exceptionally outstandingly mental health provider. He shows genuine concern and compassionate towards a patient’s mental health and well being, even after normal business hours. I have been a patient there for over 7 years, and I completely trust in his care and recommendations.

The Front Office Staff have zero personality! My personal information from my therapy sessions was shared with another Psychologist! That info was shared with my Partner! I gave no permission for this. Can you say HIPPA violation? If I could prove it in writing I’d sure sue! I’ve found another Therapist. She has nothing to do with Foothills, thank God!

Dr.‘s are OK. But the front desk does not cancel appt when they are suppose to. And then u will get charged with a no show fee and then they will say there is no record of u calling. The other issue I had a while back was they overcharged me for my co pay and who knows what they were doing with the balance.

We’ve been through so many offices trying to find decent care and I finally found Foothills Psych. The waiting room is pleasant and we’ve yet to wait past our appointment time. Office staff is very helpful and professional. Getting an initial appointment takes some time, but well worth it! Now I book appointments for about 6 – 8 weeks at a time. So convenient.

I have been to other offices and I would say that Foothill PS has the better doctors and therapists. The waiting room is large so I don’t feel crowded or my space invaded by other patients. I never wait long. I have found Stacey to be personal, ask questions, and to be caring. They have evening appointments to accommodate different work schedules. I have found the office staff to be trained to be neutral and calm in order to assist a variety of different people. It might take a bit to get an appointment, however once I made one I was able to schedule several appointments ahead and even get on a cancellation list. I would recommend.

Wow is all I can say. The front desk is super rude to patients. I was so upset with the type of service there (upland office), that I decided to be seen at the chino office instead. Dr. Gordon should really speak to his office staff on how they treat his patients!!!
