Still the worst place ever. Horrible. I get better service on Crenshaw in the ghetto and I am white!

FAIL, avoid. I just drove through to get some lunch, I ordered the teriyaki burger combo. My receipt says teriyaki combo no tomato. I got my food and there is no teriyaki sauce on the burger. Idiots.

I must hate myself. That’s the only reason I can think of that I actually came back to this location! Once again my order is wrong! The girls in drive thru was to busy interrupting me every few seconds to actually listen to my order! I am so tired of being interrupted constantly while I place my order. It’s rude. It’s bad business! Especially when you are interrupting me to try and upsell me three separate times while I’m speaking! And then you get my order completely wrong once again! I will never ever return to this location!!!
Ever since my previous experience it’s been horrible at this location they must have new employees and bad management. My orders are constantly wrong and when I drive all the way back they just say something like «oh» and then have the cook remake it. No apologies. No attempt to make it right. In fact, no more conversation at all. They say «oh» and then don’t acknowledge me again until they hand over the corrected item. Why are people out into management that have no clue about basic customer service?!

Lame. Hate to review a cheap fast food place but really, when you need food fast and you’re on a road trip, you do what you gotta do. But they had one customer in the store, one in the drive thru, and yet we were asked to wait in the parking lot for our food that we had to go in and get after 5 mins… And it was wrong. Fail.

I found this location via my GPS, as my relative needed a restroom on our way to Arizona this past weekend. This location is great!
The facility is neat, cool, and the cashier had awesome customer service. They were helpful and always had a smile.
I would say give this location a try for a quick bite to eat!

Kayla was wonderful when I was ordering at the drive thru. She was very friendly with my questions. She assisted with recommendations and any modifications with my burgers. The food came out quickly and tasted spectacular. I will go back again soon and suggest you do too!

The drive through attendant was very kind however the manager on duty was rude. Very rude. He asked if we wanted any condiments and before we had a chance to answer him said «yes? No? Yes?» Extremely rude.

Not too sure what the reviews are going on about here. Jan 2015 and this place is clean, well managed and pretty quick service. I didn’t use the drive thru but by the looks of things, the line was short and quite a relaxed place to wait out

The food here is exquisit!!! Only prob is that mt. Saint helens errupts from my butthole as soon as i get home

The food here is exceptionally well comparing it obviously to the Carl’s Jr.‘s but what stands out about this location specific every night I come here I get the same guy his name is Luis best customer service I have ever received at a Carl’s Jr. or any fast food restaurant ever every night always a smile nicest person and listens in specific to every order I’ve ever made definitely will come back to this place because of his customer service

The service is too slow and the lady seems to have hearing problem. But the food is perfectly fine. I am sure I won’t stop by this place again.

RUBBER CHICKEN in the Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich. I swear I thought it was plastic. So, if this location DOES get your drive-​thru order right — you’ll still be disappointed. Good Grief!

If I could give no stars I would.
Excited to head to Vegas, my friend and I ordered 4 spicy chicken sandwiches for breakfast (Lolz)
I said this three times
With onions and cheese

He acknowledged our order. We are told to wait on the side (for 4 spicy chicken sandwiches?)
After an inappropriate wait, he brings out our order, (zero napkins)
We get on the onramp excited for our trip only to find disappointment in;
The poor service. No onions or cheese were ever added. After three times of ordering…
The poor quality of the chicken patty. I love Carl’s, I’m not a picky eater at all, but these sandwiches we almost inedible. Maybe too much freezer time who knows. All cartilage and just plain… bad.
We couldn’t finish our meal after a few bites, the sandwiches were thrown out.
What a waste of time. Very Disappointing.
No worries for those concerned, we ate amazingly the rest of the trip.

Service exceptionally slow. Food was fair. I miss the Carl’ near my home. Food and service was exceptional. I won’t return.

The food is not fresh. I like the TV ads! But the real world is this place doesn’t even come close to what we see on TV. I ordered the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger. Very little sauce and all dried up. I think they limit the ingredients so while the burger sits for hours waiting to be sold, it doesn’t get soggy. But hey… it was real dry, and the fries are cold and tasted like cardboard… you guys know what that’s like? !0.43 for a lousy burger and cold greasy over salted cardboard fries, and no drink… c’mon!!! I wonder if I have been poisoned? Next time I see the TV ads gonna laugh, but right now bummed that I even pulled in to Carls! And we all know complaints to Corporate are a joke! Carls sucks! Show them how we all feel, BOYCOTT THEM!

Terrible management and awful service. Be prepared to wait 30+ min if your ordering through the drive-​thur.

I went to Carl’s Jr on 12÷2÷2011 and as I started to pay. As I pulled my card the cashier asked me if I was using my card as a credit or debit card. I said debit. He pointed out a sign of a $ 1.00 fee for using a debit card but zero fee if I used it as a credit card. I opted for the no fee, since it was a 18.86% fee. The cashier said it was the policy and I mentioned California Civil Code 1758.1.
I received the two bags and a very weak soda holder that barely held the medium size cups. The food was so-​so & I’ll not go back.
