I recently bought a pair of boots and had good friendly service, but what I was very impressed with was the customer service I received from Maria when I returned to get one of my boots stretched.

Passed this Boot Barn a few times & always meant to stop & check it out; well for my wife and I, New Year weekend we made it a point to go there. It was a blast with informative staff & very helpful. They also did not pressure sell us on any item. Heather waited on both my wife & I; I especially liked how she handled us with great & vast knowledge but also a very down to earth attitude. My was very happy & ecstatic with her personal experience both with services & Heather’s viable & good nature in what we needed from boot care to my newly acquired duster. It’s located deep in a small mall off 7^th Street, but nonetheless a gem for great finds & price point for the money. How I wish we lived closer but, with my rewards definitely going back soon. Giddy up & check this location & you won’t be disappointed. It’s a great place to shop & enjoy a vast assortment of both western & work wear. Love this store. Heather & staff; see ya’ all soon! They have the cutest purses .! Although. It is hard to find small sizes there. If you’re a normal petite or xs. Do not come here looking for jeans! But. They have the best purses ever!

I want to say thank you so much Heather for helping me to find a great pair of cowboy boots. I love them! So I went into the store on A Saturday night, the next day I planned to attend a gathering with friends that was country western themed. Well I love country music and I have always wanted a pair of boots, but I have never owned a pair before, and when I looked at them in the past I found all of the cutest ones were three to four hundred dollars and some were so narrow I couldn’t fit my feet in them. Needless to say I did not want to make that kind of investment, and I was concerned I wouldn’t find the right fit. Upon arriving at the store Heather was quick to help me out. I told her I didn’t want to spend more than 150 on my purchase, she respected my wishes and led me to the appropriate shelves. She wasn’t pushy at all, she brought me socks to try the boots on and then gave me space to decide, she left me alone for a bit, but was prompt to check back in. She answered all of my questions and explained the difference in soles and how to get the right fit, since boots loosen up after wearing a few times, she really seemed to know her product. I ended up with a cute pair of brown and coral Ariats for only 120 bucks. I also found a cute southwestern Shyanne top for only 8.99 on clearance. Yes, Winning! I signed up for a rewards card, and I will go back soon to see what else I can pick up. Thank you boot barn, and thank you Heather, you have excellent customer service, I really appreciated your guidance. And I received tons of compliments the next day when I wore them, and who doesn’t love that?

After unsuccessfully purchasing a pair of cowboy boots online, I went to Boot Barn. I was immediately helped by Heather. She directed me to the proper section, gave me a few key tips and then let me try on. She returned a little while later, answered all my questions, provided advice, and I left with a brand new amazing pair of boots that I couldn’t be happier with. Thank you Heather for your help, guidance, tips, and support. You provided the best sales experience I could have asked for.

Boot Barn! I’ve heard of it, but it wasn’t until I decided to give up trying to find a second-​hand pair of cowboy boots and take the plunge on a brand new pair that I discovered this great county line dancing lover’s dream store. I would give it a 5 star rating but my beautiful boots cost almost $ 200. Ouch, not that it’s their fault by any means but yikes, it’s still 200. Anyway, I did get $ 15 off my next purchase and was slappin’ leather the same day, yee haw!

Finally broke down and bought some boots. Staff was friendly, and very helpful. They came by and asked if I need help several times. Even searched for a better fitting boot for me, and several workers helped with my decision of which boots looked better.

This Boot Barn location is the thee worst! I get a voucher from work every year for work boots, everytime I go to this one I get different answers from every single idiot that works there. First off I am a female and we are required to buy Steel Toe work boots when I first went in to this one 2 years ago they told me they don’t have women’s work boots and showed me where the mens was in the smaller sizes, I ended up having to leave that day cause I had soemthing to do so I went back another day only to be told the women’s work boots are 2 sections over… NICE and a waste of my time to boot (pun intended). Last year I went in and got the same run around, ended up with boots that ended up hurting my feet so bad when I tried to wear them I can’t use em and I couldn’t return them. This year I go in and the sales weirdo follows me around like I’m going to steal something, she tells me something completely different then what I was told the previous year Oh we can order any boot we don’t carry in stock and have it delivered in a week or so, cool? Had I of known that last year I would’ve ended up with a usable boot and not of settled for what they had in stock and couldn’t use. Well I needed to get the size from my old work boot that I got with my boot vocher 2 years prior that is the same exact make and model as my prevous pair, got it, went back in this time a different idiot tells me oh you can’t get those boots with this voucher, this voucher says it’s gotta be this and that… I’VE USED MY BOOT VOUCHER HERE FOR 3 YEARS! GETTING THE SAME STYLE JUSTIN WORK BOOT. CAN YOU HIRE WORKERS WHO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEIR ASSHOLE AND A HOLE IN THE GROUND? NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING IN HERE BUT PRETEND TO, GIVE ME A BREAK I’M NOT BUYING A CAR IN THERE. IT’S BOOTS! So my company I work for spends I don’t know how much to get us work boot vouchers, I will not be purchasing from any Boot Barn, I’d rather buy them myself and get reimbursed then give them any business from me! I will never recommend anyone buy anything from here either. And if for some reason the sky is falling and Boot Barn is the only place to buy boots, go to a different location. The San Bernardino one has a bigger section and the people that work at that one are more helpful and didn’t just get off a shift at taco bell to go sell boots. This location happens to be close to where I live, never will I bother wasting my time.

My honee-​ya needed new work boots so where did we go? To the BOOT BARN! He heard from his friends that it was more than a cowboy boot place.
First of all from the outside it’s like any other store front, nothing in the Western décor, but when you get inside it’s a totally different ambiance. The smell of leather is what hit me as I walked in. Then I got my first hello & how may I help you. Very friendly but not too pushy. James was the sales guy that helped Neil, gave him a sock & also advice on which ones he liked. I roamed around & also tried on boots… from authentic cowboy boots… my foot got stuck in it! had to pull it off… i have fat calves… :(… and tried on hiking boots which I loved. They were very comfy & the prices weren’t bad at all.
I told Neil that I wanted to get a pair of work boots too… something to match. :)

Stopped in this past weekend to look for some new pull on work boots. I know they are a big cow boy store, but i also heard they have a good selection of work boots. Good may not fully describe how many brands and style of work boots they have. The sales rep showed me various styles and types of boots, explained their systems and where to find the boots. Gave me a set of try on socks and let me have at it.
Overall I was very happy with the customer service and the boots I got.

This is a fantastic Boot Barn. I really like the layout a lot and it’s right off the 10. It’s kinda tucked away in the strip mall, so make sure you’ve looked in every cranny before throwing your hands up in defeat.
This store seems more square than other Boot Barns. It’s also larger and feels less crowded which is something I like. It has a nice selection and seems to have more shirt racks than other Boot Barns. The salesperson who rang me up was really nice and had a good sense of humor.
