Showed up 20 minutes before they closed and two barber’s who were not doing anything decided to turn me away and say they were closed. Despite the fact that the open sign was lit up and the posted hours say they were still open, they just decided that getting a haircut during business hours was just asking to much. My haircuts might take 15 minutes, 20 at most but if the sign says 5:30 you should be starting haircuts until 5:30. My opinion anyway. Maybe these two are independently wealthy and don’t need the money. Congrats if they are but I will not return.

I just got my hair done by Kris at Big W. have to say I LOVE IT!!! I have very thick hair so it takes time, she has amazing patience. the color and cut it amazing!!! She is always willing to go above and beyond and review the choice of the cut over with you if its will be a drastic change. On the days that will can be a little hectic even though its a first come serves, calling ahead to see what is the best time she can fit me or my son is great. She is willing to work with your schedule if needed. If your in the area check out BigW!!!

My husband comes here for Kristi religiously. She always hooks it up for him! Prices are super cheap, haircuts are great and she has a great personality! Seems to me that everyone does a relatively good job here, but in our opinion, Kristi is the BEST! Will never have any one else cut his hair!!!

The barbers at Big W are all friendly and definitely make going there an enjoyable experience!
Kristi has been doing my hair for years now and I wouldn’t have it any other way!!! She is very skilled at her trade and an amazing person to talk to while you’re in her chair! All of her clients are treated like family, whether new clients or long time clients!
I absolutely love the way I feel every time I walk out of Big W!!!

Was looking for a barber about a year ago and stumbled upon big w’s Unilocal.I saw that Henry was a popular name along with the pictures of the haircuts of his that were posted and decided to give him a shot. I can say without a doubt that I’ve been happy with every cut he’s given me. He usually does appointments on the weekend so put in the effort to book ahead with him, you won’t regret it.

This place SUCKS! First the wait was insane Vince did a crappy job so my husband to go in the next day to have it fixed, where Rosie really F’ed it up! Left my husband worse off!!! We will never be back.

When in today to get a cut from Henry, he hooked it up! I jus get a 1 on top and tapered out the sides and back! So it’s not hard but not easy, it’s basically short to shorter! Either way great cut, great service, place is on point

Love this shop! Went for the first time and got a cut from Henry. The shop has a really right family feel to it, they’re all very welcoming and friendly. Clean cut for a good price. Definitely found my new barber and barber shop!

*CASH ONLY* My guy was looking for a new place to get a cut and this place stood out on Unilocal.Thanks to others recommendations we chose Henry who gave excellent service. From the time we spoke to him on the phone we could already tell this was going to go smoothly. This place seems very family oriented and there was even a little girl getting her haircut as well. For $ 14 my guy got the best haircut he’s had in a while (including spending $$ at Floyd’s). They’ve earned a repeat customer. Highly recommended.

Big W barber shop is the place to go. Great service good atmosphere they never let me down. My go to barber is Henry and he always give me a good cut and lines up my beard. If you need a cut stop by and have Henry give you a cut and you will keep coming back.

In my past experiences, I have dealt with many barbers. Majority of them didn’t give a satisfying cut. But that was until I met Henry. I got a gentlemen’s cut. Tightened up on the sides with length on top. Also a beard line up and trim with hair washed and styled. Henry is open minded to any ideas on what kind of cut you want and also delivers great customer service.

damn worst idea ever .I ask for a hard part now I have nothing to part had to ask to be turned around to look in the mirror and then I only saw one side until I was done I saw she had no clue what cut I was talking about but the cut was fair just not what I ask for I guess just go for simple fades tapers steps and crew cuts

I highly recommend Henry, I am always afraid of trying out a new barber, but this guy has a gift. I had the classic comb over cut and traditional beard trim/​shave, Thank you Henry.

Today was my first time visiting Big W. I decided to give them a try after reading the reviews on Unilocal.They exceeded my expectations. They run a clean and comfortable shop and they were pleasant and courteous. Henry (my barber) was amazing and delivered a great cut. It made me look younger and I already look young for my age. Give him a try and you’ll be more than happy. I’m a published author with a huge following on Twitter. I’d be more than happy to spread the word about Henry and Big W.

This place was too legit to quit, i came in for a beard trim and my man henry hooked me up! Not enough o’s in smoooooooooooooth to describe how i looked and felt after he cleaned me up. Decent pricing as well, there was a bit of a wait but i guess that means there doing something right. There’s also a bar in the same shopping center so after a drink or two i headed back and he was ready to go, i’ll definitely be back in a month or so to get my beard straight again.

Recently had my 2nd haircut from this place and I have to admit I’m impressed and very satisfied with the service and quality of work. The first time Henry was my barber and he really took care of me. He is very meticulous with his work and does an outstanding job. And this second time Marlene worked on me and she also did a excellent job! Love my haircut! Definitely going to keep coming here since its alot closer then All Stars Barber Shop in Fontana.
