Absolutely my favorite tanning place. The spray tan is the best I’ve found, and believe my I’ve searched. Never, and I mean NEVER makes you look orange or fake. And best of all, great service! Have traveled far Lancaster to come here.

Love coming to this location! The girls always have great recommendations to get the best color and value! I started coming to get a tan for my wedding and they helped me get just the right amount of tan! They always have great customer service and very nice. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place is so awesome! Me and my boyfriend having been coming here for the past 6 months to try to get a healthy glow before our cruise. The tanning beds are always clean and very user friendly. The staff is always super helpful as well :)

I am so disappointed I have to write a review that is negative. I have came here for years on and off, primarily because their hours and choice of beds. However aside from complaining to the manager and corporate, no improvement has been made. THEY DONT CLEAN THE TOP OF THE BEDS. So do they clean the handles that people touch, the little bench people sit on? Every Time I turn my bed on, I see smudge marks from people’s feet, hands, and god knows what else, and it disturbs me. Sanitizing should include both sides of the acrylic. I won’t do a contract specifically because if it continues, I want to be able to leave. I am trying to give them the opportunity to fix this, simple training really, so get on it.
P.s lotions marked up almost 400%, shop Amazon or buy direct.

I love this place. Only takes me one week to get dark in the 360 bed! Also, my skin is very sensitive & the 360 doesn’t burn me at all. May be a bit pricey but they always have great deals. Def recommend!

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I love it! Always sanitary and the girls are always so helpful! I always suggest talking to heather about any of your questions, she’s super knowledgable and always tell me which lotions to get and I’ve never been disappointed! 5 Stars!

Love it here. The beds are great, the Versa spa is the BEST, and the service is excellent too. All of the ladies know their stuff and are willing to offer good advice and sales without being pushy.

The one time I thought «hey I’ll go get a tan» I came here and realized that I should have stuck with my previous ways of not tanning. This place is pretty crappy across the board. Overpriced, doesn’t honor what they market and employees that don’t know how to do anything without calling their managers who answer once but then don’t answer 2 minutes later when their employee doesn’t know how to do something yet again.

This is the only tanning salon ive been to consistently. It is always clean! The versa spa was my favorite for a long time. I have had the versa and bed package, and have been coming here for over a year. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only complaint I do have is you don’t have the ability to downgrade your monthly package, which is a terrible business maneuver in my opinion. I’ve been a client for over a year and a half, I should be able to switch up my package, even if just for a one time added fee, that would be understandable.
I use the beds now and I only need to go once every 2 weeks if that to maintain my tan, which is not bad at all.

This review is solely based on management. I came in with my boyfriend who wanted to try to tan here after I convinced him because I have a membership here… Talk about embarrassment. He drove out to try it out since he’s been considering a tanning place for the summer, and he comes to the area quite often.
I made sure on Saturday when I came in to tan, to grab a free week trial card and on the way out I asked the girl at the front desk (who I just found out was an «assistant manager») about referring someone for the free week and she said yeah no problem just make sure they have the card.
So fast forward to tonight. I have my boyfriend come in with me, card in hand. And I present it to the girl in the front. Jeanette (who was a sweetheart by the way) she lets me know that management said the free week trial is for UPLAND RESIDENTS ONLY???
What in the world… WHERE DOES IT EVEN SAY THAT ANYWHERE?! IT DOESNT. I EVEN CHECKED THE WEBSITE. So she calls the «manager» whoever she was. And she said specifically that it’s only for upland residents. I LIVE IN RANCHO. IF THIS LADY HAD ANY BUSINESS SENSE, how would a free trial for upland residents ONLY help grow your business in any way shape or form. I myself come from rancho to tan here?!
Anyways. After having Jeanette call the manager back she finally says «fine go ahead» or whatever she said (I felt bad because I didn’t want to get her in trouble, I even offered to speak to te manager myself) anyways.
After she inputs all of the info, the system doesn’t work. We end up just leaving because it was already 9:30 by the point.
As a paying customer, with a membership who tried to bring in additional business based on referrals (what a mistake)
I find it absolutely ridiculous, and I am so embarrassed I even convinced someone else to visit this place of business.

I love love love this place, have been coming here for a while now and the staff is absolutely helpful! Super clean as well. I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been to many tanning salons and At The Beach is by far the best! Love the staff, the beds, and the product!

I’m not one to leave only one star in a review… However, they are not very upfront with pricing. I did one of their packages and they now charge me an additional $ 10 each time I come to use the tanner. When I asked for further explaination the girl at the counter was rather rude and tried to redirect the conversation.
Also, my tan peeled off in less than 24 hours. I waited to rinse for about 10 – 11 hrs. It’s great. Love it.

Highly disappointed. They charged me for the wrong package, voided it, then charged me for the right one. This «void» still took the money. It’s been a week and still no credit!!! You can only email the district manager. I have, twice with no response! Thursday I emailed the corporate office who replied that Thursday they would credit my account the $ 122 but it would take 3 to 5 days. This is since Monday when it happened. Not sorry, no consolation for their screw up. Just we’ll credit it. No number or even a name on the email! And they won’t return the $ 100 in product either! All for something COMPLETELY THEIR FAULT. **I want to add that I’ve spoke with customer service again and they reassured me the refund has been processed. I have not received it yet though. **The following Monday I did receive the refund. Still nothing from the DM.

The nicest tanning salon in town with the best beds I’ve ever used! All very clean & top of the line. The 360 turbo bed feels like you’re in a space ship lol. You will get dark!!! Some of their beds even have air conditioning along with satellite radio stations. Very cool. Oh & the better beds are ergonomically shaped & much more comfortable to lay in. If you prefer to spray tan their Versa Spa & Versa Spa Pro spray tan booths are great & even have heat & fans to dry you after so you’re not standing there dripping brown streaks down your body (if you’ve ever done the Mystic you know what I’m talking about).
There’s one stand up bed as well & all of their products are really nice.
