Advanced Medical & Urgent Care Center

Never go to this Urgent Care! Or at least wait until the doctor on staff has retired! She is too old to be practicing medicine! Staff was great… but, the doctor needs to go!

Amazing urgent care!!!
My wife threw out her back and decided to come to urgent care. I did research and found this place online. (Glad we did)
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Dr Kokhab was great and told us my wife had a back strain.
I’m glad I found Advance urgent care!!!

Wait times have jumped up to 1 to 2 hours. Popular or short on doctors? Not sure but it makes you think twice about spending your whole morning or afternoon waiting in the lobby.

I came here after visiting Extra Care Urgent Care located in Kindred hospital. I wasn’t pleased with the diagnosis and the treatment I received there. So I found this place thru Unilocal and decided to go here to receive a second opinion, since my primary care doctor couldn’t see me as soon as I needed.
I walked in and was greeted with a friendly smile from a young girl behind the counter. This place is very nice and clean the staff is courteous. I was checked in and called to the back in under 10 mins.
The staff was beyond helpful and nice. I had a wonderful lady named Megan taking my vitals and inquiring why I was visiting and filling out my chart. It was nice talking to a friendly person who went over the top to make a person feel comfortable.
The doctor came in as soon as the assistant left the room. She was very attentive to what I was saying and what my problem was. I felt comfortable telling her and she put me at ease. She was very knowledgable and pleasant.
On my way out I was given a sucker by Michelle and was sent off with a warm smile and my mind calmer than when I came in.
All in all I would recommend this place to anyone and would return if needed without second guessing due to the hospitality. Thanks Megan, Michelle, and the old white lady doctor!!! You guys rock!
