I take my cars here now for oil changes. They have a great deal, especially with the ValPak coupon or sometimes there’s a coupon on the receipt tape from Fred Meyer on 19^th & Mildred. Plus, they’re quick. I drop my car off and go for a short walk. Marissa is always very nice and calls me as soon as my car is done. I will continue to do business with UP Tire!

We trust Adam with all our vehicle maintenance and repairs. Very honest and very reasonable prices. Whenever we are thinking of purchasing a vehicle we always have them inspected first and that has saved us not only money and a headache.

I took my wife’s Ford Fusion in for a standard oil change and the only place that has customer service on this level is Les Shwab on 6^th. The waiting area is clean and close to the desk. I asked the woman behind the desk about tires and she had no problem looking up and comparing tires for me. University Place Tire and Auto will be my first stop for my ’88 Jeep Cherokee when I need my engine worked on. Truly top notch service and customer service. I will continue to go back for years.

These guys are top notch! I have been taking my Jeep there for 4 years. They have always been fairly priced in comparison and have taken the time to explain any problems the vehicle may have had and have even offered to refer the work somewhere else if not their specilaty. They have always tried to fit me in and take the extra time and effort. Ethics and customer service do not fall short here.

Can’t say enough about fair treatment of my cars and me. They even fixed the tailights on my trailer. (Don’t tell anyone, for free!)

I got into town at 12:30 am the day before my wedding — when I parked I found one of my tires leaking and a big bolt in it. I brought my truck in at 8:00 am and Adam squeezed me in, and got my truck patched up within the hour, so that I could get everything done. Adam was super helpful and did a great job.

UP Tire is the definition of the last genuine small business. I take my Corolla there for regular maintenance but also recently was having flashing engine lights and rather than have the dealer change me almost $ 100 to tell me what’s wrong, Adam hooked it up for free and told me what was wrong. He talked me through my options even if it didn’t end up benefiting his business. I am grateful that Tacoma has businesses like Adam’s. Trustworthiness, Quality and Customer service that reaches far beyond expectations!!! Adam has been taking care of my family’s auto needs for over a decade. This is not just a Tire Center. Adam is the jack of all trades when it comes to anything auto-​related (tires, wheel repair, mechanical issues, oil changes, engine repair, fuel systems, exhaust, etc) My parents have trusted him for years because of his honest, hard working, and caring nature. When expensive repairs that could break the bank come up, he is the first and only stop, every time. Great place. Honest and reliable. Full service repair shop– not just tires. I have taken all of my cars here for service for many, many years. UP Tire will take care of it for you or refer you to someone that can. These folks actually know what they are doing. They will tell you what needs to be done and they are just as willing to tell you about what doesn’t need to be done. Their prices are competitive on all repair work and on tires. They stand behind their work.

I’ve been taking my cars there for over 10 years. Despite their name, they aren’ a «tire center.» They are a full-​service nondealer mechanic shop. Their prices are VERY reasonable, and they do very good work and don’t «up sell» you by telling you you need things that you had no idea were wrong with your car. The owner, Adam, is very friendly and customer-​service oriented. Pretty much the best place I’ve ever took my car in over 40 years of driving and owning a vehicle.

It’s like one of the Seinfield episodes… You go to a few places to look for a mechanic that you can trust and both service and price. University Place Tire Center does make you feel like the «local tire center» that you trust b/​c they feel like they are going to see you again and agian for a long time of your life. And Well… they will as long as I live in the area. Although this place just says «tire center» it does all the regular maintence to include oil changes and diagnostlics. So pretty much a one stop shop. If they can’t fix it they will refer you one. So… Come here for your local trust worthy car maintence. :)
