I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone at this facility for over 2 weeks. Their phone lines ring without an answering machine service.
They lost service from me solely based on not being able to get in contact with someone who worked there. Ended up going elsewhere.

Annette and Jocelyn were amazing. The service was very efficient and professional. They were very accommodating. We made a last minute Uhaul reservation. They were both nice and easy to talk with. I highly recommend this place whether you have moving or storage needs.

We love Town Center Self Storage! It is close to our home, so very convenient. The staff in the office are very friendly, personable, knowledgable and always helpful. We started out with 4 units when we first moved, and have parred that down to one that we keep for general use. We enjoy the convenience, the cleanliness and the security. Glad we have such a top notch facility so close to home!

I’ve been using Town Center Self Storage for over 2 years now. Very nice, polite, and professional employees. Facility is always clean. I wouldn’t use another storage facility anywhere in the Tacoma area. This place is safe and secure. Always helpful when you need a personal touch too.
