History
Established in 2002.
A background in sports marketing led Steve to begin a residential real estate career in 2002. Working for teams like the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sonics, and Tacoma Rainiers helped form the innovative marketing ideals he puts to work so succesfully in the residential real estate arena.
Steve started his career with Crescent Realty and moved on from there to become co-owner of a boutique residential & commercial brokerage in Tacoma.
He’s been with Windermere Real Estate in University Place since 2008, winning many awards, accolades, and wonderful relationships over the years.

Prior to joining Windermere Real Estate, Steve was Partner at KCS Properties & Kellis Commercial where he developed a successful residential brokerage from the ground up. In the beginning of his real estate career he was a consistent top producer at Crescent Realty earning «Tops in Sales» awards all three years there and the «Most Inspirational Agent» award his first year.
Steve regularly writes real estate related columns for the Tacoma News Tribune and has three times been named a Five Star, Best in Client Satisfaction Agent by Seattle Magazine. He was part of the Business Examiner’s inaugural list of «40 Under Forty» future business leaders of the South Puget Sound. Recently, Steve was voted «Best Real Estate Agent» by readers of South Sound Magazine!
He attended Clover Park High School and the University of Washington
Steve and his wife Amity live in Lakewood with their son Stanley and daughter Soleil. They enjoy attending sporting events, golfing, and traveling together.
