Stover Mathis Real Estate is comprised of a group of dedicated brokers fully engaged in providing leadership and direction through service and education. This is achieved by collectively instructing free WSHFC Home Buyer Seminars and providing free Home Seller Workshops. Additionally, SMRE is the largest Western Washington Homes For Heroes* affiliate dedicated to giving back to the men and women who serve us all whether military (active, vet, ret.), fire fighting, first response, education, medical fields, and the support personnel of these organizations. Experience teaches us that an educated buyer or seller is an empowered consumer, better able to make informed decisions for one of the largest personal financial investments. Our brokers are located in Kitsap, Pierce, King, Thurston, and Snohomish Counties ready to serve you!

Being a member of Stover Mathis Real Estate is a professional «dream come true» for me. Our motto, «Leadership and direction through service and education,» is something that I strive to encompass daily. Having the ability to serve clients surrounded by like-​minded professionals puts the REAL back in Real Estate. As a Washington State Housing Finance Commission approved instructor of the Home Buyer Workshops and as an instructor of the Mike Stover developed Home Seller Workshops, I help buyers and sellers empower themselves through knowledge, information, and answering the hard questions. Giving clients the tools they need to make informed decisions certainly levels the playing field to allow them greater success in all of their real estate transactions. As the designated broker and manager of SMRE, my focus is to support buyers and sellers AND the member brokers serving them to have a professional and courteous real estate experience.
