Cheryl and her team are amazing! I did not realize my policy had lapsed with a different insurance company and I was already frustrated that no one was returning my calls from my old insurance company. Cheryl is by far the Greatest Insurance Agent on the planet!!! She not only saved my in laws on their insurance by HALF with better coverage (Take that Farmers!!) but she treated my Vietnam Veteran Father in law like her own dad! Great business, professional, excellent service! My husband and I have been insured with so many different insurance agencies in the past and were not satisfied, with C Tran insurance we can say 110% that this agency is here to stay. I actually knew Cheryl back when she lived out in California. I remembered her as very put together kind of lady. Well, I bumped into her while I was touring downtown Seattle 8 months ago, where the fish fly, and we of course hugged it out. I have switched back and forth between insurance companies while trying to find the best rate. I went through a few different insurance agents and still felt that I was paying too much. That was when I found C Tran Insurance Group.
I was previously insured with progressive and was paying way too much. C Tran Insurance Group got me a quote through Safeco Insurance that blew my mind! I used to have 50k/​100k coverage. I now have 100k/​300k coverage and literally pay HALF as much as I did with progressive. I know it sounds too good to be true but it’s not. More than double the coverage for half the cost. This just goes to show that you can be paying way too much for insurance if you don’t shop around.
