Great hospitality and friendly atmosphere! I highly recommend this restaurant for a nice family dinner.

What i like about Wolfgang Puck’s places, is that you can count on the consistent quality of the food, and won’t be disappointed. That is a big deal to me because I hate paying money for a mediocre meal. Go here to ensure a great meal!

We are regulars at Wolfgang, living nearby. The first few visits were outstanding but wow! This place has declined insanely fast. *smaller food portions — check *new chef that doesnt knw the wolfgang original recipes — check *bad and slow customer service — check *no host to greet you — check *negligent new manager — check rude waitress — check We weren’t greeted by a host when we arrived yesterday, many other guests were wondering if it was open as well; as they waited for someone to greet them for over 10 minutes at the patio area and left ’cause they were fed up. So was I, but I am such a huge fan of the food, I was like fuck it; walked straight into the restaurant inside and told them Noone greeted us. The waitress Francesca didn’t even seem to give a shit, she’s like okay heres a table for 2, then when we asked to sit to the table next to the one she gave us she refused cause she said it wasn’t her place to serve. So we were stuck next to the door and people kept slamming the door into my bfs seat to get in and out of the restaurant. I wish we had sat with a different waiter but I did not want to be rude, so we just dealt with the door and the inconvenience. Finally 10 mins into sitting I finally see the new manager– he’s in a expensive suit walking slow as day. He apparantly is the host too, what has happened? They used to have lovely attentive hosts in the front, and I saw how empty the restaurant was last night and see why. Service has declined so badly. The old manager used to check up on us, was so great and keep the waiters on track. The waitress was rude as well, never once acknowledging me, but always looking and smiling and flirting with my boyfriend the entire night… very gross and talk about ruining my meal. She was slow too, it took her forever to get anything. They should get more waiters and better trained ones. I won’t be returning here in a while. It’s just not the same anymore The food seems to be different, I think it’s a different chef… The size of the meals has shrunken dramatically and the sauces just aren’t as good, my favorite meatloaf that was hearty and big looked like a diet sized meal last night. Our desert the apple crisp was completly BURNT. Cancer causing level kind of burnt. How could they possibly serve that? The entire cookie crumb was black, clearly you could tell it was burnt. My BF thought they did that on purpose, but upon eating it it was boiling hot and burnt his tongue — thats when we called the waiter to take it back, we seriously waited 15 mins for that?!

Ordered the hummus, tortilla soup, and Chinese chicken salad. Would not recommend eating here. Definitely not the best food I’ve had and the price was more expensive than it should have been for the quality. Would not go back to eat here.

We liked it. It was crowded at the citywalk today. We dined inside due to it being cold out. i had bacon wrapped meat loaf, she had the half roasted chicken and a mimosa and little girl had mac and cheese. Meat loaf was the shit. I had some of her chicken she liked it(which is what matters) i didnt think it was that good. Daughter didnt like the mac n cheese but i had suggested she get something different anyways. 61 $ for the three of us which is not entirely bad. Minus her $ 9 mimosa it would of been $ 50. Service was good and fast. I was thirsty from a long day and she kept bringing me my coke refill. All in all good experience. Got to eat somewhere fancy and it didnr kill the wallet.

The ambience and the employees were a 5 but the taste and the quality of the food was average. My chicken noodle soup didn’t look fancy. My carrots were not cut in an oval shape more like a round circle shape therefore I felt I was eating Progresso Chicken Noodle Soup. I felt no love was made for this comfort soup. For 8 bucks it should of had organic carrots. I could easily make a pot of soup for the price I paid after I tipped the good looking sweet waitress.

Very good food. This place deserves 5 stars! Great portion for food and the waiters were on point. Best place to eat at universal city walk. I will be coming here more often.

This is the second time I came to a Wolfgang Puck restaurant and had a less than impressive experience. Overall, the food is just not good! The nacho’s were lackluster– the bleu cheese sauce was not good at all. Way too tangy. We couldn’t get through it. A full plate of nachos sat at our table– boo! I also ordered the chicken wings which were pretty dry. The worst part was that the sauce on the wings smelled absolutely disgusting. It truly smelled like urine. Not sure why, but we had to ask the wings be removed from the table because they smelled so pungent at the end of the table. So disappointed especially because lunch wasn’t cheap! We spent almost $ 40 and ended up sharing a caesar salad. I won’t be back ever again.

Food was really good, the pepperoni pizza with goat cheese was probably one of the best I’ve had. Service was top notch, not what you’d expect out of a place thats fairly affordable. Definetly would return!

Came here with my boyfriend, his brother, and his mom after Universal Studios(April 2015). Everything was excellent, from the very first interaction with the hostess to us leaving. My boyfriend and his brother wanted to go to the comic book shop(Things From Another World). His mom wanted to sit down, rest, find some place to charge her phone. She’d gone up to the hostess and asked if she could be seated near an electrical outlet to charge her phone and wait for us for about half an hour while we go to the comic book shop. The hostess then went to ask the manager if we could be seated now and by an outlet. We saw the hostess actually look around for tables near an outlet. Coming back, she told us there was a table outside where there was an outlet in between the table and a table a family were sitting at or a table inside by the wall where there was a group finishing up and as soon as it gets bussed, we’d be able to sit down. My boyfriend’s mom didn’t mind waiting for the second table so we just went off to the comic book shop. After the shop, we came back and found my boyfriend’s mom sitting in the middle of the restaurant with an outlet on the column next to her. Apparently, after we’d left, the hostess came over and said she’d found a better table and sat her down. They’d also given her a cup of hot water and lemon while she waited for us. She’d asked when was their last call for orders before they’d close up the kitchen(this was about an hour and a half before closing and we never know how long my boyfriend and his brother could take in a comic book shop) and which dishes would take longer to make. They’d said that it doesn’t really matter when we order. When we got back, we’d ordered Crispy calamari(frisee, pepperoncini aioli) and Garlic French fries(parmesan, parsley) for our appetizers. Then we’d gotten a Baked eggplant parmesan(roasted tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil), a Bacon wrapped Meatloaf(mashed potatoes, crispy onion strings, Port wine sauce), and a Fennel sausage pizza(roasted garlic, herbed ricotta, roasted peppers, pepperoncini) for main courses. Everything smelled great and tasted even better! Got cinnamon sugar donuts(chocolate sauce) and a chocolate ganache(vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, cookie crumble) for dessert on recommendation. It was really indulgent. :) Even if it was just for the food, it’s a wonderful restaurant, and the service was spectacular!

Yumm!!! They gave me honey with my tea. Got a rostisserie chicken, french fries, hummus & pita and orange juice. Was noisy but all of universal studios is noisy so its no big deal. Loved it & will go back. I did have to wait 20 minutes to get a table to seat 3 though.

I had a stellar experience here tonight. I’d always wanted to try it out but always ended up somewhere else. Well tonight we finally made it in. We ordered a Margherita pizza, a cheese pizza, garlic mashed potatoes and a carafe of Wolfgang’s red blend. The food and wine were fantastic, in fact I was very surprised how nice the wine was. The pizza and potatoes were insanely perfect when they came out. Which didn’t take long either, so there was no doubt there, they were going to be eaten up quickly. What really made my experience so wonderful however, was our server, Gabriel A. I had a glass of wine dumped on me accidentally by one of my table companions. Right onto my new pair of jeans. Wine, red wine, very red wine. Gabriel and a couple other awesome employees were right on it, cleaned it up, and Gabriel replaced the wine. But then Gabriel brought me back seltzer water and a napkin to blot my new jeans. Thanks to him, you’d never know. He was so awesome, responded fast and was on top of everything. Now that’s service, and that’s exactly why I’ll definitely be back. You just don’t see that often and whenever I do, I never forget it. There needs to be more top notch employees in the world like Gabriel A. He made my entire night!

I came here by random choice after spending a VERYHOT day at Universal Studios. I was happy I was able to treat myself here after such a humid day. I had been to his other restaurant, Cucina in Vegas, but felt I liked this one a bit more. Maybe just my selection of food this time was more satisfying to my tastebuds, but both restaurants were good nonetheless. I’m a huge cheese lover(who isn’t???) so this dinner was the better of the two for me. I got the rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes, and the mac and cheese. The chicken was delicious. Moist, and juicy, seasoned just right, and the mashed potatoes were creamy. The mac and cheese was my favorite! I love that they used the shell pasta instead of the traditional elbow macaroni. The cheese was creamy, and gooey. Just the way I love it! Definitely check this place out when you’re strolling through Universal City Walk. The quality of the food is good, and affordable.

Surprisingly good and affordable! Came here on a whim before going to Universal Studios Horror Nights. There were not much people eating outside so we actually thought it was closed. But it wasn’t. I didn’t know what to expect, and certainly didn’t expect that this is the kind of restaurant where you order at a cashier. I thought it was a sit-down type of thing. But I don’t mind that at all. The décor looks really nice and classy. We ordered a margherita pizza and a side of fries and were pleasantly surprised when the serving came. It was a sizable amount and was good for 2 and cheap for the price. Good thing I split with my boyfriend because I definitely couldn’t have finished it alone. The food tasted great too, and their drinks are self-serve fountain drinks. Definitely would come back. 5-stars from me for now! The entrees are a bit more expensive($ 20+), so I’ll edit this review once I have tried those.

This joint is in the middle of the lively Universal Citywalk and it’s pretty hard to find good quality food here, but I was satisfied with this light lunch. You order at the counter and although it’s supposed to be fast, it still took about 30 mins to get our food. I ordered the hummus wrap and was surprised at how much I enjoyed it! Inside a fresh, soft, wheat tortilla was a generous amount of hummus, kalamata olives, tomatoes, onions, and Greek dressing. Subbed salad on the side for $ 1 extra instead of the potato chips(you can also sub fries as well). So good I definitely suggest this one!

One of the best eateries in the entire Universal City Walk. Definitely not cheap but not to breaking the bank expensive either. For starts do try the Roasted Beet salad. It consisted of tart yet sweet oranges, perfectly roasted sugary sweet beets, crunchy pecans, mixed greens in a lightly tossed balsamic vinaigrette. Their Bruschetta is just as amazing. Prob one of the best Bruschettas I had in a while. Fresh & clean tomato taste & perfectly crunchy & soft bread to soak all those amazing juices & flavor. Entrees you must get their slow braised melt in you mouth Short ribs. Slow braised for hours that it falls apart on your fork. The caramelized onions & sweet carrots accompanied the rich heavy Cabernet wine sauce perfectly. Definitely a heavy dish but worth all the guilt. Wine list is wonderful here as the cleanliness & ambience. Such a nice get away from the hustle & bustle of City walk madness!

3.5 stars Came here for dinner after the movie. Since this was the only restaurant that wasn’t that crowded yet. We were seated right away. Our server Sean was awesome. He explain pretty much what was on the menu and what was his favorite. My wife wanted something vegetarian, so he suggested the Quinoa &White Bean Pita, and I wanted meat, so he said the Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. Done and done!!! Food: Starters we ordered the Crispy Calamari. I was disappointed. The calamari was over fried and dry, but the pepperoncini aioli was good. Quinoa &White Bean Pita was surprisingly very good. Great flavor. The pickled onions and the lemon aioli was a great touch. Huge portion. My wife was very happy after. Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf. Another good dish. The meatloaf was nice and moist and had great flavor. Just love how the meatloaf and the slightly salted bacon, and sweet port wine sauce comes together perfectly. This is a great dish if you’re a meat lover. Overall a decent dinner. Great service from start to finish.

This is for a late night visit for drinks– they sell beer and wine only, but the selection and prices are good, especially for City Walk. I got a nice cab for $ 9, and it was a good, generous pour. You can sit on the heated patio outside and people watch. It’s perfect because its got a little space from the seats to the actual walking part of City Walk, so people won’t be standing behind you so close that they’re actually touching you. Service was excellent. Next time I’ll come for the food!
