All County Alamo Property Management

Please help!!!
A month and a half ago we paid our rent as usual we are never late, we put our check in the dropbox dedicated to Alamo’s leasing company. A week or so later we get a letter in the mail saying that our rent is late like I said we are never late.
So we emailed them to inform them that yes we did pay the rent we put it in the dedicated box of Elmo. What is so disheartening about the situation we trusted them with our hard earned money we actually offered them other options that were more secure Chris is retired military he’s loyal and he pays his bills on time… This company is a big disappointment we went back to the dropbox there was no cameras no security even the slot for the dropbox I could put a tomcat into box !!! This company has failed their clients and trust me when our lease is up we will not re-​no we will find someone that is concerned about the well being of their clients money now they want us to pay rent again that month that we already paid it is not fair is on at the call and I’m pissed… And if your client of this leasing company and you’ve had the same issues please let us know so we don’t feel that we are alone I’m in the process of gathering up money that was stolen from us so we can re-​pay our rent because yes we are people with integrity regardless how This company may treat us but trust me this situation is not done!!!
