Be ready for an on-​the-​spot increase in prices based on the groomer’s judgement.
I called and set up an appointment to have my cat shaved for the summer to which they quoted me $ 35. When I arrived it was $ 45. I questioned it, and I felt the groomer got an attitude with me. She said the increase was because my cat was squirming and didn’t want to be shaved. Mind you, no mention of biting or scratching, just squirming.
They extorted an extra $ 10 out of me, but that’s okay because I won’t be returning to this establishment. Very unprofessional. Don’t go, there are better places.
