The technician did a wonderful job and the salon is beautiful. Good selection of polish colors too!

I received the slowest and most inexperienced nail service here just over a week ago, and paid more than I’ve paid before for some quality manicures/​pedicures.
Several things that were extremely disappointing:
— For a pedicure and gel polish change (NOT a full manicure), I was in the salon for over 2 hours. Not necessary.
— For both my nails and toes, the technician had a brush and polish remover in which he had to touch up EVERY nail, as he could not do it freely and cleanly the first time.
— The technician was ready to apply the gel polish and I could still see rough patches, peeling nail, and remnants from filing. Anyone who’s every done gel knows they need to be smooth and clean to stay on!
— The technician never asked how I liked my nails shaped. He put my hand in a funky angle to file and I ended up with pretty square and uneven nails.
— The gel polish was on my skin and I left the salon picking at it and filing down in an attempt to save it from coming off in a week.
I usually do my own gel polish because I’m fairly picky, but this was really sub par. My technician was really nice and the salon atmosphere is relaxing. I’ve been debating for a week now whether I would go back if I selected a technician that I know does a great job. Still up in the air — maybe in a pinch, as the girl next to me was in an out with the same services and fantastic looking nails!

It was a great experience it was clean and very well decorated. They had alot of polish choices and i went at a good time because they were not busy. But the environment wasnt to friendly as i dont think many of them spoke english. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job but did not say anything at all

Love this place! I have been coming here every two– three weeks since opening and my nails always look great. My shellac will stay on for three weeks without chipping!

The place is very clean I will start off with a positive. Onto the nails… I went here twice, the first time was because I got a gift certificate to try it, well the gift certificate didn’t even cover the full set, however when my boyfriend went and bought the certificate he said please give me a certificate that will cover a fill acrylic set… i ended up having to pay more on top of the certificate but that’s beside the fact at the point.
The nail techs are quiet and don’t talk… it’s very uncomfortable. They also do not have airbrush machines so if you want any type of design/​french tip they have to draw it. It takes a long time, so if your in a hurry don’t be.
Reference the nails, I asked for very square, I got round/square.then I asked for a french tip… the next day it was chipping, by the time I was ready for a fill half of the polish was off and looked terrible. Also the prices are way more then the other local nail salons who do a way better job. I will not be returning here.

Just got a no chip i.e. Gel manicure and they did a great job! Very friendly and its a nice clean place. If you want to watch the game on Sundays they had it on. As long as my gel last a reasonable amount of time, then ill be back.
