I finally made it to this place for dinner 2÷6÷16 after seeing many of my friends posting pictures on FB. We made reservations. Table wasn’t ready but we didn’t wait long. They were packed at 5:30pm. I ordered the Wild Caught Alaskan King Salmon with Kale and Brussels. It was delicious. I am not a fan of Salmon but willing to try new things. My husband ordered the Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken. It was enough for 2 people. It was pretty good as well. I can’t wait to go back soon. P. S. Must save room for dessert next time.

Last night after my daughters basketball game at PSUFAYETTE I looked on Unilocal for a place to dine. My better half chose here, what a find my friends. The wine & cuisine was superb. We had a fabulous time enjoying our meals the atmosphere was excellent as was our waitress Ali! She was most enjoyable and attentive. We will definitely recommend your establishment to all our friends!

I realize the dining options are limited in Uniontown PA, so this place is ok considering the location. It’s better than Olive Garden I guess. The food is on the salty side, and the portion size is decent, it’s not as big as some reviews here may make you think. Maggianos portion size is big, this place is definitely smaller than Maggianos. It’s still a lot of food, but if you come hungry, you can finish. We tried calamari to start(respectable, although nothing special), their French onion and chowder soups(both ok), veal parm and chicken Marsala(both ok, chicken Marsala very salty though). Service is just fine, they seem to be a popular choice in town and a reservation appears necessary. We didn’t have one and we’re lucky to get seated.

Great brick-wall atmosphere at the old Penn Railroad freight station. Accompanying dipping oil for bread loaf is delicious compared to usual butter Italian eateries serve. Lunch menu is good value. Lunch service time is moderate. Salad, chicken parmesan, shrimp, pasta all cooked well.

Great food, great service. Visiting Union town and surrounding area for a few days found Coparellas we were not disappointed. Will definitely go back next time we are in the area.

Located near the center of Uniontown, Caporella’s is a nice find. Very good service with a rather large number of selections on the menu. Portions are generous and the prices are fair. The hot sausage is extremely spicy – but that didn’t prevent the next forkful. Everyone at our table enjoyed their entrees(even they couldn’t possibly finish them) and this restaurant is rather food allergy friendly – including having gluten-free pasta. Overall I would recommend Caporella’s.

Staying in the area for a couple of nights and decided to try them out based on the great reviews. We were not disappointed. Had dinner at the bar because they were booked with reservations. They were busy but the service was great. Chicken parm for me and my husband got some gnocchi. Both were fantastic. Portions were huge so plan to share or take some home when you leave!

The best dinner in Uniontown. Travelers be aware: portion sizes are huge. Hope you have a fridge in your room. Otherwise: share.

Lori, was a very attentive and friendly waitress. The food was very good. I started with the Fr Bob Bruschetta, the Lory recommended the Chicken Marsala, a favorite of mine. It was Devine:-). I add the Brussels sprouts(which I loved). I wasn’t expecting much in this little town, but was impressed and will come again!

I have never written on Unilocal before, but after the meal I have had I feel as if I am compelled… My 10 year old boy picked up this place on Unilocal and said it sounded good… Well the kids was correct!!! Every app, salad, main course was spectacular… Every one was pleased and satisfied by the experience… It is a must have when you are passing through…

The owners and management are snobbish non-negotiable people, especially when it comes to reserving a banquet room. My friend reserved the large room for a rehearsal dinner. Two weeks before the event, they tried to move him to a smaller room that would not accommodate his large group. He had to scramble to find another venue. THEYWOULDNOTREFUNDHISDEPOSIT! Very unprofessional!

Family of five visiting from out of town. Had a very good meal: lobster scampi, homemade gnocchi and ravioli, cream cake, etc. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome! Live in Ashburn Va, grew up in Uniontown. If this place was in Ashburn it would be hard to get into! Food portions are over the top, easily enough for lunch next day. Only negative but not enough to drop from 5 stars: wine is a little bit over priced.

Ate here for the first time and it was great! Ordered the antipasto plate to start and it was tasty…3 types of meat, 2 cheeses, roasted peppers, anchovies, 2 types of olives and almonds. It was a good size portion for $ 12. The house olive oil they provide for dipping your bread in was delicious… Italian herbs with a little kick of red pepper! For dinner, we had the chicken picatta and veal scallopini. Both were good size portions and quite tasty! We will definitely come back! The décor was great, food delicious and service was friendly and attentive.

Based on the Unilocal reviews, we stopped here for lunch — the reviewers were right — this place is great! On the menu they warn you that the lunch portions are smaller than those served for dinner. We could just about finish what was on our plate! The place itself is in what looks like an old train station and has a very nice warm feeling to it. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The Spaghetti & Meatball selection was good but the winner was the Mushroom Cappelletti which were small filled tortellini-type pasta with fresh sliced mushrooms in a delicious cream sauce. With 2 glasses of house Chianti, the bill(before tax & tip) came to around $ 30.00 Well worth a stop if you’re near Uniontown.

Fabulous Italian cuisine in Uniontown’s historic Grindle train Station! The best restaurant in Uniontown – this family run business never disappoints. The fish is always fresh, the beans and greens(while heavy in garlic) is delicious – especially when paired with sparkling moscato, and they’ve some tasty desserts. Friendly and attentive staff assist you and yours to have a delicious and romantic date night experience.

Caporellas is one of my favorite restaurants. They serve fresh hot hard crusted bread. They have the best dipping oil anywhere. Their lunch menu and prices are very good. It cost less than going to Panera, and so much better. The atmosphere inside is very nice. We always had friendly waitresses. I have never had a bad meal there. Desserts are very good except for the Tiramisu which is not real Tiramisu, it is cake. The Italian cream cake is my favorite.

Wow. And wow Who in their wildest thoughts would ever think that in Union Town PA where the Walmart gets real busy on the 1at of every month(if you get what I mean) that one could find such an outstanding place I had one of the specials a salmon dish with scallops and shrimp. I have travelled the world and have never had such a great dish(and for only $ 25.). Way to go Angie and crew
