God awful service. Do not expect to be picked up on time. A ten minute wait to them is really a 35 –45 min wait especially if you live in the area.
I suggest union taxi or 1^st class taxi. Stay away from this company!!!

I live in Union, and I’ve used them twice. Both bad experiences. Once, I used them to pick me up to take me to Newark airport, and they were 30 minutes late picking me up at 6am. Another time I had them pick me up from EWR, and I had to give directions after my driver got lost. I have them saved in my phone as «BAD Union Taxi» so that I don’t accidentally call them.

I’m glad I ignored the previous reviews because my experience was great! Granted the dispatcher was not a sweet voiced Betty but my cab was at the train station waiting for me when I got down. The key is to call ahead and confirm pricing beforehand.

Well there is no customer service here. I called to ask where my cab was and was told it was on my block. The cab finally showed up after I called another company. 35 minutes late.

By far the worst cab service I’ve come across. Person picking up the phone is always talking to someone else in a different language when he answers. The cabs are almost never on time. If you have an early morning flight then good luck getting someone on the phone to provide you updates on the ETA. My advice, if you end up asking them for a cab then make sure you have a backup in place. Or miss your flight altogether.

Don’t expect any kind of customer service from the dispatcher other than him picking up the phone. On the brighter side, cars gets to you on time.
