Lawrence N. Lavigne, certified as a civil trial attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, has been practicing law for over 30 years and devotes his practice to employment matters, (including discrimination, wrongful termination, whistleblower cases), employment counseling (including employment contracts and severance agreements) Lemon Law, product liability, warranty claims, consumer fraud, franchise matters, insurance coverage, commercial transactions and commercial litigation. Larry conducts trials and appeals in state and federal courts in all of these areas. He also handles a variety of matters before various state and federal agencies. Larry also counsels corporate clients in a variety of areas including product recalls. Larry has been involved in representing clients with matters in China. He is the V.P. & General Counsel of Foreign Tire Sales, Inc.
