DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE AT ALL!!! ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL BELIEVE ME IM A SHERIFF AND I GOT SCREWED!!! This place deserves absolutely no stars!!! It is completely horrible in every possible way. I was recommended by a fellow coworker and so I trusted it. I went and found a living room set of couches and inform so called owner EDDIE that I wanted to purchase the set that’s on display but in brown. So he goes on to show me some different color ones on his iPad which had nothing to do with the ones I just literally chose and we go through with my purchase but what he fails to tell me is how he showed me completely different couches and so I purchased what I thought were the couches on display and even gives me 100 dollars off sticker price, great right!?! Well no it gets worse… When the couches were delivered to my house they were completely different from what I chose and so I call to speak with him and he says «well let me see what I can do» as if they’re not wrong for delivering the wrong couches and he’s going to see what he could do… He informs me his boss JIM will be in on Saturday four days after from the delivery. So I have to deal with a clutter in my living room for four days… So finally I say I’m going to to speak with them face to face. I get to the store explain myself and this uneducated loser EDDIE tells me it’s my fault I ordered the wrong ones and then he gets JIM to see what he can do for me for the mess up on their part… JIM asked EDDIE, who messed up EDDIE responds and says «ehhhhh nobody» JIM. Replies «it had to be somebody, who was it» EDDIE says «I’ll take the hit». A few minutes after he saw I was upset EDDIE TELLS ME «YO MY DUDE I WAS BEING COURTEOUS BEFORE BUT NOW IM TELLING YOU ITS YOUR FAULT… And he lied to JIM saying he showed me exactly what I was purchasing which was on display when he informed me he had a pair which are really popular but aren’t on display in the store… So then Jim asks me which ones are the ones I want… I finally chose the ones I want and then Jim says the price difference with no discount like the first order, straight full price and on top of that informs me that I have to pay for redelivery… Like first off I went to you cause I was recommended, not so I can pay full price for that I would have went to a real name brand store not some unprofessional family crappy store. So I get so frustrated and tell them fine just give me my paperwork I never want to deal with you thieves again … So now it’s almost a month with no couches and clutter in my living room. They finally arrive on Christmas Eve and guess what… They sent me the wrong color (dark chocolate brown) when I ordered (walnut) and so I got stuck with those because I didn’t want to go through anything more with these horrible people… I’m a sheriff and I recommended so many other coworkers but thank god I advised them on time so that they don’t go any where near this company period AND NONE OF YOU SHOULD EITHER TRUST ME and this is a crime. I plan on further investigations into this company because I know there are dozens more who got shafted the way I did… JIM AND EDDIE I KNOW YOU REMEMBER ME AND KNOW THAT I WILL POST THIS ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND TWITTER… Your horrible service was horrific got me and I can’t believe you’re in this line of work where both of your customer service skills are absolutely horrible and to me you are COMPLETE THIEVES !!! NEVERRRRRRR AGAAAIIINNNN !!! Doooo Noooooot Shop there PEOPLE!!! JIM AND EDDIE YOU GUYS SHOULD BE WORKING AT FAST FOOD PLACE CAUSE YOURE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AT WHAT YOU CURRENTLY DO
