These folks did a really nice job for me. They did make a small mistake and went out of their way to quickly get it fixed for me. I’ll be back!

They do a good job but you must be very specific or it will cost you. Not very friendly either.

I won’t be back! I had 3 business suits done by this shop about 6 months ago. All were too long in the legs and a bit loose in the waist. But, I’d figure, I’d make do. My Gray suit actually would catch my heel going up steps, so, I’d hike them up a bit when I stood up. No biggie… 2 months later after I had worn one of my business jackets a couple times, it noticed was a bit short in the sleeves. I took it back and she had to let it out from what she took in. I had to pay full price for something(in my opinion) that should have been done correctly the first time. I had also brought in my other two business jackets to have the pockets opened up. Again, something I feel should have been done to start with. I got charged again. Fast forward to yesterday. I don’t know what I should have expected. I took a long lunch and brought in 3 more new suits to be tailored and figured I get the older 3 pants adjusted. When I asked if she would make the adjustment on the pants, I was told I had to pay full price again for both the length and the waist. Same amount of work. I’m 45! It’s not like my legs shrunk in 6 months. Now, I must admit that I have lost about 15 pounds(Yeah, me!) so I knew I’d have to pay for the waist adjustment, I get it, that is fair, but charging me for the pants, that were too long from the start. really! It gets better… I asked if she would please open all the pockets on the suits… and I got told rudely that most people don’t want that and it would be extra. At that juncture, I was done. Really!?! I am bringing another $ 150+ of work to you and I get that… really!?! I went back into the changing room, dressed, calmly picked up all my garments and walked out without saying a word! Horrible attitude and customer service. Good riddance!

As a small statured person(i.e. shrimp), I rarely can buy off-the-rack clothes and have them fit. Before I found Fix 2 Fit, I had been going to Rip N Stitch but hadn’t been too happy about their turn-around time or customer service. When Fix-2-Fit opened, I took them two pairs of pants – one lined, the other not – to hem. I was told the lined pair would be $ 15 and the other pair $ 8, and that I could pick them up on Saturday(this was on Wednesday). This was such an improvement over Rip N Stitch, which often quoted me ten days to two weeks for just getting a pair of pants hemmed! After I picked up my slacks and saw what a fantastic job they did, I’ve been a loyal customer since. Alterations are less expensive than other tailors I’ve used, and I’ve never been less than 100% satisfied with the quality of the stitch-work.
