Clara’s Nails

This nail salon took forever! There to get mani and pedi and it took over 2.5 hours with an appointment. Nail techs were not friendly and they also charged for a shellac manicure when I just wanted a polish change. Way over priced!

This is the WORST, yes, WORST place to go. I went in for a pedicure and full set, signed in and waited my turn-​for 45mins. Then went to the chair for my pedicure. As the lady was about to start, another lady walked in and said she had an ingrown toe nail and was in a rush. I guess the only person that had the experience was the girl that was about to do my pedicure. She gets up and attends to the lady. Meanwhile, there are other folks waiting. She doesn’t even say anything to me. Attends to the lady with the ingrown toe nail, which takes another 10mins. Then she starts making her way back to me. Another person walks in and said she has an appt. she picks up the items she was going to use for my pedicure and says she had an appt. this behavior has happened a few times but this was absolutely ridiculous! I went to the owner and told him-​he was outside in the beauty supply place.
They aren’t the best and are close to my house so I said I would just go to avoid driving.
I will NEVER be going back to this place and if I were you, I wouldn’t either. They are rude, unpleasant and it’s not worth it. I wish I cults give them a negative 5 points!

Be prepared to wait wait and wait. Even when theres no one you wait. Usually i go for manicure and pedicure and the shortest time ive been there for is 3h! Yes 3h! If you ask them to do something special then you have to wait for the only one person who knows how to do it. They have you waiting for whatever is that you asked while others go right in front of you. I used to like them but this is my 3^rd time when i go during the week and i sit there for hours and hours. Its like they are doing it for free. Will not be going back even if it is for free!

Do not go to this place, Im a customer for a long time but its not worth it, pedicure they dont do a good job, and manicure even worse! I do not recomend it. Did my nails yesterday and today my nail polish is already coming off. Waisted $ 40.
