Avalon team so professional and simple efficient. From Brian to Tatiana and the crew. I moved in 2÷13÷2016, Brian was on hand to answer all my questions. My window guards were installed before I moved in. They made our move in very trouble free. The heat in my home was faulty the night of 2÷13÷2015, I only did not receive excellent help to ensure that I felt no discomfort the maintenance team came within 5 minutes of my complaint. I have lived in similar apartment building in short hills 14 years ago, but nothing compared to the great service here at Avalon union. Thank you so much for giving me and my son a great place to stay, Please keep up the service and improve. We are so glad to be here. Completely knowledgable and proactive services. Great team.

Just moved in, and so far it’s been a great experience. I’ve been working with Brian who I find to be genuinely sincere and an all around delight. The complex is brand new and offers outstanding amenities. But the true selling point is how accommodating they are to dogs. Can’t ask for much more and I look forward to living here!
