Right on the corner of a 5-way intersection, you’ll find this 7-Eleven with entrances from two roads. All the spots had a 15 minute parking limit, so I can only assume they have issues with people either parking there too long or from other spots, but I had never seen that before and not sure how well they enforce those rules, so be quick about your purchases. Despite its exterior view, the store also seemed a bit smaller than other locations. Staff was friendly and seem to keep the place fairly clean both inside and in the lot.

If you live in, or travel through, Northern New Jersey, there is little that I can say which would distinguish the products and store layout of this 7-Eleven from any other. Larger refrigerated cases line the outer walls, aisles of convenience store staples(with few bargains) fill the bulk of the store, and the counter area is overloaded with questionable quick dining choices, lottery ticket machines and cashiers. Also typical of 7-Eleven’s, their coffee is good. This location has been open for a few years, and is usually moderately busy. Excluding the gentleman whom I’ve always assumed to be the owner, service is slow and distracted, making extended waits out of moderate lines(2 – 4 people). «Distracted» here usually isn’t with side conversations and cellphones. It is more likely to be caused by simple inattention to the customers who impatiently stand in front of them or fumbling with the lottery machine. That said, the folks here are generally pleasant, although I’m usually here a few times a week and that doesn’t seem to be noted– a «hello» every once and a while would be a nice touch. All things considered, this 7-Eleven serves its purpose. It doesn’t seem to aspire to be anything special, and certainly succeeds on that score.
