Established in 2013.
Gus’s is named for Roland Gustafson, a Seneca Falls native and the father of owner Kim Willis. His signature newsboy hat sits atop our logo as a reminder of his life and legacy. Gus’s opened in 2013 and serves the village of Union Springs, surrounding communities. Stop in and give us a try!
