I bought my house 7 years ago and never really opened the windows at all. Maybe they opened once a year for cleaning but that’s about it. This year I had a hellish time trying to open and close my windows. I thought they’d just have to stay closed for ever or I’d have to replace them. But I found out since I’m the first homeowner there’s a lifetime warranty on them.
I found out what brand my windows were. Sent in my claim and they came to fix it within a week. That was a very quick turn around time.
Carl from Atrium fixed all the aged and worn out springs in my windows. They now work like they are brand spanking new. I no longer have to struggle to open or close them.
