Will not go here again. Long wait. People on the phone making the appointment do not write down that they have verified the order with the Doctor before the appointment but they can verify insurance. They have 1800 number making appointments who don’t work on the office and verified several times the order did not need any contrast. Day of the appointment, nothing written down and they had to delay trying to get a hold of the Doctor to make sure what he ordered is what he wanted. Techs telling Doctor what to order! So stupid. Despite all that said thank you to the front desk staff when she handed the cd and she replied uhuh with an attitude. Find another radiology place who values your business.

Worst place please don’t go. My appointment was at 3.15 for mri and I am still waiting for it. It is 5 pm right now. They take calls between taking your test and let you hang in there in uncomfortable positions

This place was terrible. I had originally made an appointment for noon, but they called me and rescheduled for 3pm because they were running behind. I arrived at 2:30 and did not get called back until 4pm. Then, the radiologist was very rude to me. I laid down for the MRI, and he put a cuff around my shoulder to get the imaging. This cuff forced my shoulder blade forward, increasing my already high level of pain. I could not sit still because of how uncomfortable it was, and I was literally screaming and crying in pain. The radiologist only told me that if I couldn’t sit still, he couldn’t get the image. That was it. He got frustrated with me, and I got frustrated with him. Needless to say, the image was distorted but did show a completely torn rotator cuff. Just got repeat imaging today in my hometown (Scottsdale, AZ), and they were WAY nicer and made sure I was comfortable. They also strapped me into the device so that there was a less likely chance of movement. In addition, I was the only English speaking patient there for the entirety of my duration at their office. I felt sort of judged for being a white, English speaking girl.

I had an appt for an MRI at 7 pm. At 9 pm after waiting two hours, they inform me that there is a problem with the prescription. I had asked them numerous times before my appointment if the paperwork was in order and they said yes. In addition, the office clerk never told me that I would be waiting two hours for my appointment. Sadly,
other people in the waiting room had the same experience. Very unprofessional. It’s there job to make sure paperwork is in order and they should have the courtesy to tell people if they are running two hours behind on appointment times. Typical attitude of the medical profession that the patient experience at their facility doesn’t matter.
