Since 2002, Hudson View Realty has been serving Hudson County clientele with luxury properties sales and rentals. We specialize in upscale properties and are known for our expertise in locating New Jersey Gold Coast properties with Manhattan skyline views and other luxury amenities. Hudson View Realty is particularly expert in condo and cooperative units. Business Owner

Paula Brown has been selling and renting real estate in New York and New Jersey since 1999. Prior to that, she built her career in marketing, advertising, and promotion in the entertainment and broadcasting industries. Over the course of two decades she ascended the ranks of such major companies as CBS Records, NBC Radio and USA Networks, earning over 30 national broadcast industry awards as Vice President of Creative Services. In 1999, Paula entered the world of real estate, handling brokerage in New York City and writing/​producing real estate websites. After accumulating much experience in marketing and selling coops and condos in Manhattan, Paula launched the New Jersey-​based Hudson View Realty in 2001. As a long-​time resident shareholder of the Troy Towers cooperative in Union City, Paula quickly became the «resident expert» on real estate activity in that building. To date, Paula has sold or rented over 250 units in Troy Towers and other coops and condos in Hudson County.
