This tax service office deserve zero star if there’s an option for that. They asked me to wait for more than an hour if I have no appointment. I waited and waited and waited. Until 3 hours laters, I patiently come ask again how exactly more time do I have to wait. I said more than an hour again and they are not sure. I was like what’s wrong with you guys. They don’t care how long you wait for it. If you don’t want waste all day there doing nothing. come to them

I heard about them from my cousin when i was looking for someone to help me file my 2014 tax return.
I had to get an ITIN for my daughter and not all tax preparers are familiar with it.
Thank God for Karyn. She took time to explain everything to us. She was very professional and she seems to really know what she’s doing. She would also reply right away to my questions via email. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help with their taxes. Worth the drive from sacramento! Definitely going back for my 2015 tax return.

Do not go here without an appointment. You can wait for hours and the receptionist will simply ignore you are even there while letting those with an appointment just pass you by. I waited over 90 minutes just seeing people come in and out without even being notice by this unconcern receptionist in the end just gave up. Again unless you wanna waste several hours DO NOT come here without an appointment! I personally would never come back!

I’ve been with Hai and Karyn for over 3 years. The reason I decided to use them was because I needed tax services around where I live. I was with two other tax services in the past, where one charged ridiculously and the other was due to an audit resulted from their mistake.
Unlike what the one-​star review said, Karyn and Hai have always been professional and their knowledge and detail mindedness and friendliness have made me go back every year.
A suggestion to the new customers, call in advance and make an appointment. It’ll cut down your wait time.
