I am not sure when, but they start charging for e-​waste collection. I am sure that it costs for some item to be disposed of properly, but I think it is better that they post this upfront before we unload all our stuff. So, do we reload these back into the car? At that point, you have not much of a choice. Changing your rate on the web site is not enough. You should post the sign where people can see them before they unload. We should have a choice.

Eliott stopped what he was doing, came out and helped unload the few hard drives and monitors I had. Very nice guy! Fast service! in the middle of my workday, it was nice to get there, get things done and get back to other things! Great place!

We are a 501 ©(3) Non-​profit company and we had a lot of E-​Waste to be picked up, so I was task in finding a reputable and responsible E-​Waste facility. After talking with Eddie Inamdar, we quickly identified with his mission to make it easy and convenient for companies to recycle their E-​Waste, to rid the Bay Area Landfills of E-​Waste, and to promote recycling and help the community. His company provides FREE Pickup and Certificate of Destruction. Eddie worked with me directly to schedule a pickup that would be convenient with our company. His Team is very professional, courteous, and prompt in time. I would like to acknowledge Robert and Mark who did a remarkable job of clearing out the E-​Waste we compiled on our 2^nd Floor. My TV was already dying for the past year or so. I finally budgeted enough to get a new one. Instead of calling Republic Services (formerly Allied Waste) or one of those guys who leaves fliers at your front door, I decided to cart my TV here and get some money back. I called ahead first to make sure they were open. Eddie said yes they were, and gave me the hours. I went b/​c the rain had stopped that morning. We pulled up and only 1 other guy was around. I’m a dumb one, coming out when it’s raining b/​c it started pouring as soon as I got there. But over the past few weeks, it was raining on and off, so there was no good day to do it. I went inside, up to a guy inside driving a small forklift, and he said he’s be right with me. Sorry, I didn’t get his name. We loaded the TV onto a pallet, he came outside with his forklift, lifted it up, and took it into the warehouse. I walked in again and waited for him to come back. He was surprised that I didn’t leave. I asked for the check. He said the person who writes the check isn’t here on the weekends. He was nice enough to write a little ticket and told me to come back on the weekdays.
I came again a few days later to turn in my ticket. Elliot teased me that it was going to be so little that I basically wasted my gas coming back. I didn’t know how much I’d be getting back. On the ticket, just the dimensions of the TV were written down. I didn’t know I’d only be getting $ 3.25 back. On their website, which they’ve updated since my last post, I thought I’d be getting $ 8 b/​c my TV is large. He said no. He pointed to another TV behind him and said «Everybody thinks their TV is large. THAT’S large over there.» It was one of those old-​school triangle TVs from ages ago. Apparently those are worth more than flat screen ones. Mine was a 42 in LCD flat screen. I told him I was in the neighborhood anyways and was heading to the Post Office after since it’s just around the corner. He must’ve thought I was crazy still for coming out. But hey, $ 3.25 is still $ 3.25. And I didn’t know beforehand it’d be that little. Well, at least I could get a Happy Meal or small pearl tea drink. Still better than nothing.
Next time, I’ll lower my expectations about the money I’ll get back. But I’m definitely coming back b/​c I always have something to recycle and they will dispose of it properly. AND, it’s better to get back some money than no money. Plus, these guys are nice and efficient.

I highly recommend using the E-​waste Recycling Center. I called on Thursday for my company and they were prompt to pick up on Monday. The driver met me at the dock and took everything we had stored for an E-​Waste pick up.
They even sent a prompt receipt for the Company records. There was also no charge to pick up anything.

This place is a rip off the white guy is a dumbass saying his mind is a calculator I gave him a bucket full of wire and got like 7 – 8 bucks but went somewhere else and got 37 $ at place a lil farther down the street. This place is just trying to scam you for your money.

Really quick and convenient place to drop off the stuff you don’t need anymore. I’m glad that we have one so close by to use when needed

Needed to recycle some universal power source batteries and the nearby Home Depot did not take them and was not sure where I could take them. I did a search and found E-​Waste Recycling Center. Phoned ahead and spoke with the nice gentleman on the other end who made sure I found my way there. Once there, I was greeted and tended to promptly. It was FREE because I dropped off the items myself, but it was not a problem since I was already in the area. I shall continue to take my batteries and electronic items here for their proper disposal.
Please pick up a bundle of business cards and pass them out to everyone you know because this is one of a couple places that takes E-​Waste in the surrounding area.

This place is awesome. They take all my old electronics, desktops and computer peripherals for free and helped me to unload the stuff from my car.
Be green, don’t throw electronics as garbage, bring them to this place.
Highly recommended.

Our neighborhood just completed a Saturday all day event and had a great experience. We collected over 6 tons of ewaste in one day and were very happy with the service they provided. They even came out and did an extra pickup day after the event for those who had missed the weekend day. Thank you to Eddie and his hard working team who spent about 5 hours loading up all the eWaste on the trucks!

This place is awesome! I love the location and it was so easy to find. I couldn’t beleive what they accepted. I thought this stuff would have ended up in the land fill and am so happy it won’t. If you EVER need an e-​waste recycle vendor, this is the one. If you aren’t sure if something can be recycled, call them they are so NICE!!!

The best place in the Bay Area to handle your e-​waste. I have used them individually and also as a fundraiser for my Royal Ranger Boys group. They were professional and processed everything quickly!

Quick and easy drop off for all your e-​waste. This place California state-​approved for electronic disposals and recycling. Also, they accept household appliances like vacuums, blenders, and coffee makers that most other places don’t. This place is a little tricky to find though because the entrance is blocked off by plants but that’s ok. Plenty of street parking and they have a little driveway you can pull into if you have tons of things in your car. Overall good place to go if you have some junk to clean out.
