Called in to order, lady gave me so much attitude when i was explaining my order to her. Told me that the thing i wanted was impossible when i asked for extra mushrooms on a combination pizza.

I give only three stars for the pizza, it’s great pizza but would live this place to fix the restrooms, you sit on the toilet it moves like literally off the floor and the smell off the restroom lingers thru the whole place … yuck I’m grabbing my food and running out the door!!!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Even better… you can get a free slice on your birthday!

Bronco Billys is the best pizza in the Fremont, Union City area. In a way that’s not saying that much because second place is Dominos. That being said, they don’t deliver to me and so I have to go pick it up and each time I find myself asking the same questions: — How come the same people are having a birthday party everytime I come here? I mean literally the same family. — How come every dude in here is wearing a sweat suit? Am I missing a sale on sweat suits? — How come everybody looks pregnant? — Why don’t they deliver? — When can I leave?

Been going since I was little. I’m going to rate just the pizza. 5 stars easy. All the rest that people seem to complain about I don’t see because I use the coupons. Always get combination. Take out. Enjoy at home. The best in area. I’ve tried. Don’t expect a lot of glitz. Save that for the club. Oh yes, the slice might be about $ 8 but it is the size of most places small to medium. Yum. Bottom line.

I actually love the pizza, nice big slices, not skimpy on the toppings, crispy thin crust. I’ve been going to this location since the Uncle Joes Pizza days(home of the 5 pound pizza) anyone remember that? Here is the only problem, it hasn’t changed or been updated at all. I remember going to elementary school parties and little league baseball team parties in the back. It feels like it was last week.(which has a good feeling also) This place brings back such good memories. Don’t change it too much, but a definite make over is due. GREATPIZZA!

I’ve been coming here since middle school and their pizza has always been the best around! It’s fairly priced and you get a lot of bang for your buck. It’s more authentic than Costco pizza and less greasy than Round Table/Pizza Hut. The only thing I don’t like about this place is that it’s really old and outdated… Maybe I’m just too picky, but I’ve always heard rumors that this place was haunted and I believe them haha. This place isn’t the cleanest. I like to just get my food and go as soon as possible.

The last time I had Bronco Billy’s pizza was when I was a little kid(elementary school) when the only time I would have it would be at friend’s birthday parties. My parents were more of the Round Table type of people since it was located right outside my house. After depriving myself of Bronco Billy’s pizza because eating Costco pizza was the cheapest and quickest fix, I finally decided to check them out again. I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza(slice is actually a small at Bronco’s) and instantly knew i would never go back to Costco pizza again unless I was desperate. The marinara sauce ALONE won me over. Not to mention the amount of cheese and toppings they throw on it. And the best part was that it wasn’t a slice that has been sitting under a heat lamp for who-knows-how-long. The marinara sauce was so rich and flavorful, and the amount of it was perfect where the pizza wasn’t too dry but at the same time wasn’t too mushy. The crust of the pizza tasted like it was seasoned as well, which was a bonus! I’ve tried the Chicken Pesto before, but I’m not too big on being healthy by eating chicken, and the chicken came out a little dry for my taste. Maybe if they added more pesto, it wouldn’t be as dry. My favorite to this date is pepperoni, linguica and mushroom. I like the additional meat as well as the mushroom! Overall, this is my favorite spot to get pizza. The sauce and toppings are point on, and their curly fries are good too!

There’s about 5 games in the back. My 7 year old puts in 2 quarters for a 50 cent game. It didn’t work so he put in a third. Then, we noticed it had 1 credit on it. It wouldn’t start or move so we went to ask for help. The first person we asked was in the bar and laughed when we asked for help. We asked the cashier and he said they don’t own the games and they can’t give refunds. There was a sign written in magic marker on a 8.5“x11″ sheet of paper on the wall that we apparently missed. I guess I could see losing the money, but the attitude of both people we asked(especially the first person) was not what I would expect. One star because who puts in games for kids and then skirts off the responsibility to take care of their customers? Either don’t put in games at all or take care of your customers. It was not a good experience and I don’t plan to go back or to any of the other Bronco Billy Restaurants.

I ordered pizza with chicken, tomato and pineapple, like I usually do. Now if I skipped chicken I would be completely happy, but unfortunately for me I ordered chicken and it was prepared badly. Taste was awful. I would take any fastfood chicken over this one. There were also bones left in chicken. And like a lot of people mention, place is not very clean.

Pizza popped up in my head the other day and finally decided to give this place a try. What I like about this place is it was easy to order not like on some places. 1 slice of pizza is enough to fill me up, you can ask to put any toppings on it. I got 1 slice of sausage and onion toppings, 1 slice of chicken and green bell peppers, and 10 pcs of hot wings. It was made perfectly, the chickens were very tender and the pizza was a little crispy(which I liked) Things I didn’t like was that their little bar was in the middle of where a line could potentially form, what happens if it gets busy? And the items inside were dry and old, definitely needed to be changed. Also, the table where we sat at was kinda sticky, lack of cleanliness in the eating area. Overall, besides it being kind of dirty; the food was good and service was good! I’ll be back here next time and recommend this place to my friends.

Came to Bronco Billy’s on a weekend day since it was recommended by a colleague of mine. The parking lot is decently sized and it seemed like there was plenty of street parking in the area. Came inside and should have left immediately. However, I thought I would trust my colleague’s judgement in pizza and stay. We ordered a medium Ornery Outlaw pizza and a half pitcher of beer. The kitchen was not clean(the floors/counters were dirty). In the dining hall there was a very apparent musty smell and many of the tables were not cleaned. If we hadn’t ordered a beer with our food we would have ordered to go. Onto the pizza. The toppings were plentiful however the quality and taste of the pizza was definitely lacking. I felt like I was in a old Chuckie Cheese having a specialty pizza. Definitely not what we came here desiring. Overall, we wouldn’t return to Bronco Billy’s as there is much better/cleaner pizzerias elsewhere.

I love bronco Billy’s! I would usually get the 2 item slice at the Bronco’s in Hayward and those slices were huge!!! I would only be able to finish half and always brought it home after. On top of that, because I was a student I would get an additional 10% off. Since graduating, I started going to this one since it’s closer to my house. Customer service seems to be slower here. I also think the slices here may be a little smaller: That may be due to the times I’ve gone here I had two pizza slices where parts of the pizza contained crust and lacked any topping at all. I still enjoy the food though. You also can’t go wrong with their curly fries.

Just had the worst customer service ever, I can’t believe the attitude the register guy(I believe Indian) had with my boyfriend it was embarrassing he yelled at my boyfriend In front of other customers over him wanting to order something else after he was done paying for the first order, he wanted us to go back to the back of the line and order again like WTF really line was super long … My boyfriend said dude your customer service sucks … Rude employee said your customer skills are SHIT«omg I couldn’t believe it, I’m thinking it’s the owners son or something for him not to care and talk to customers that way freaking spoiled kids … the employee just seems mad with life and takes it out on the customers… Food is decent, but place is so freaking DIRTY … salad bar is disgusting veggies are old, tables are sticky, floor is so dirty as well. I woulnt be surpriced if they have rats !!!

This place serves 5 star pizza. I mean ITISFREAKINDELICIOUS! For face value things are usually ok. The salad bar area is always cool, the cooking utensils are always clean, I have never found a bug in my pizza or anything… But this place is really dirty. The dirt on the floorboards extends inches away onto the floor in this extremely sticky black stain that you can see from the opposite side of the store. Try putting your shoe on this stuff and it is sure to get stuck a bit. The general smell of the place, if it is not pizza at first, is like a weird combination of windex and that smell you can remember from old enclosed tube slides at the public park. I am not a princess(most of the time) and the pizza here is so satisfying… I always get a bacon/artichoke/garlic. The people who work here are always kind and accommodating. But the hygiene here IS making it harder and harder for me to invite people to come eat with me. :(

I’ve made plenty of visits to Bronco Billy’s while growing up around the area. Tales of this pizza place being haunted was commonly shared back in the day. I’ve always like Bronco Billys, maybe it’s because I remember the pizza parties I’ve been to there. The pizza is good and customizable or you can choose one of their delicious combinations. Also, their pizza«slice» is much more than a slice, so save some room!

This place is great when you want to customize your own pizza at a cheaper price! They have a really great atmosphere with lots of TVs and booths. They sports games are always on so it’s a great place to watch a game, eat pizza, and hang out with friends or family! Their pizza slices are huge! They’re like a really small individual pizza! I can never finish it in one sitting because the slice is so huge! They’re made to order, so you know it’s fresh! I also get their chicken wings and they’re super delicious, too! They’re a little smaller than your regular wings and they only come in as hot/buffalo wings, but it’s pretty tasty. I always have a great time here because I know I will be so satisfied with my huge slice of pizza!

After hearing such good things about this place since a young child I finally decided to give it a try after having a huge pizza craving. This particular location is in the«Old Town» Union City area and the building is very vintage and so is the inside. When I walked in there were a lot of people there and many people in line, this seemed like a good indication that their pizza was good. I ordered a «slice» of pepperoni and sausage along with a side of ranch and the total came to $ 5.75 that’s decent considering how big the slice actually was. Since it was busy I was told that the wait would be about 20 minutes and I was ok with that. I came back in 25 minutes and was told that my pizza was coming out. I waited a few minutes and then those few minutes turned into another 20 minutes. I saw people before AND after me get their food before I got mine. I walked up to the counter and said I have been waiting over 40 minutes for a slice of pizza when I was told 20 and the lady apologized. The guy that was making, cutting and delivering the pizzas forgot about mine and it was just sitting there. The cashier was very apologetic and so was the server and I received a refund. This was just not a good experience for it to be my first visit there. The pizza itself was very good, I liked the kick that the sausage had, the crust was very good and the slice of pizza was about as big as a personal or small pizza. I would have given this place 4 stars but took off one for the long wait and lack of communication between the staff. I will come back but I will make sure to come earlier or when it’s a lot less busy.
