Sent a cargo box last January 15, 2015, to my niece in Tacloban City, Leyte. Awa ng Dyos, hangga ngayon, April 12, 2015, HINDIPANATATANGGAP! Tatlong buwan na! They had promised me 4 to 6 weeks!

I’ve done business with this company many times and their services turned out to be ok until now. Turns out that a valuable item was taken out specifically from a bag that was inside the box. Meaning it was no accident that they just cut out a small portion of the box and reached in and grabbed it but was intentionally taken out in a black bag inside of our box. They did a small investigation just based on couple pictures that they have taken when they made a delivery. it was till my sister opened the box and grabbed the black bag in which the valuable item was placed into. Shockingly, that it wasn;t there. I then contacted their main office in Hayward. and couple days later called me and say that there was no foul play! and you can say that they were letting that stuff happen just like that! Anyways, I will never ever do business with these company! STAYAWAYFROMTHISCOMPANYANDDOBUSINESSSOMEPLACEELSE. YOURVALUABLEITEMSARENOTSAFEWITHTHESEPEOPLE!!! Read the other person complaining which is similar to my case!!!

My family and I used this shipping company for about a year. They’ve been pretty good. Until now. My aunt sent something to my mom that was very expenxsive. My aunt asked REPEATEDLY if it was safe to send it through them. They said that it was in fact safe. They said that they’ve not had anything stolen from them before. So, feeling confident, she went ahead and sent it. When it arrived in the Philippines, there were two slashes on the box and the expensive thing was gone. They claimed it wasn’t them. When my aunt complained about it, they said they would take care of it. It took the company FOURMONTHS to get back to us. They came at us with, we never packed the item. They said that they wouldn’t give us the«insurance» because it wasn’t the ENTIREBOX that was gone. It was simply an item. Then, when we said that we have TWO witnesses about the slashes they said that it was never complained. «Long story short»…this company has NO comprehension of «customer’s are always right» and have NO compassion to their customers and their personal affects.
