Smakosh Restaurant is family operated and maintains the highest of family atmospheres. Owner and Chef, Jola Achmatow, opened Smakosh Restaurant with the help of her husband in the fall of 2006, with a vision of creating Southeastern CT’s best casual breakfast and lunch dining experience. Before Jola created her first dish, she vowed to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. Diners agree.
